Unsere Aufenthalt (8 Leute) war schön und ruhig. Herausragend war der wunderschöne Ausblick in das Tal und auf das Meer. Alles wie angegeben nur der Zustand des Hauses war teilweise leider nicht mehr so hochwertig, jedoch in Ordnung. Die Betten sind relativ hart das ist vielleicht nicht für jedermann geeignet. Der Pool war sehr schön, auf Wunsch (mit Aufpreis) beheizt und wurde zwischenzeitlich gereinigt. Weiter unten am Hang gibt es einige schöne Restaurants die zu fuß erreichbar sind (8-12 Minuten Fußweg). Achtung das Haus liegt an einem sehr steilen Hang!

We spent 5 weeks here and it was home from home. We absolutely loved it - gorgeous house with everything we needed. Wonderful to go to sleep with the sound of the waves and wake in the morning to the same. I had to be torn away when we left. Would not hesitate to go back but now I’ve written this review it’ll be even more difficult to book it again!

A beautiful unique Spanish home with a wonderful garden. Very peaceful and private. Great place to stay with young children. We especially loved the friendly neighbourhood cat and the chickens.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

The place is nice, in a very peaceful area, at the end of the street, so almost no car you can see and hear. For 6 people and 1 child it was enough space. A bit weird that highchair for child costs additionally. Cozy little yard with pool and table. You can see the ocean from the yard. Only 2km from the beach, but house is on huge hill, so we didn’t try to walk by foot. :) Price and comfort balance. Thank you!

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

One of the nicest villas We have stayed in, the style, furnishings, location were exceptional. Would definitely use again, Claudia and her parents were great. Any small problem was quickly dealt with.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

Nice, confortable appartement, with beautiful view from the terrasse. terrasse is a big advantage - specious, well equipped and sunny also in winter time! Jacuzzi is certainly a big plus. Walking distance to city center, shops (at the corner), good restaurants and beaches. With a very friendly and carrying host, it feels like at home. To recommend, specially for families with teens, like ours!

I will 100% be back!

Casa pulita, tenuta bene, collocata in una zona strategica e vicina a tutti i servizi. Ci si può tranquillamente muovere a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro di las americas. Alexandra è molto gentile e disponibile, grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza meravigliosa.

We had the help of Stefano checking us in and he was amazing. Isabels place is perfectly located in torviscas, there are two pools available for use on the complex which are just down the stairs. There is also a water machine to fill water bottles up on site which is super cheap and well worth the money. Couldn’t rate this place higher and would 100% return. We were lucky enough to check in early and have an additional hour on check out which aligned with our travel plans perfectly. The apartment was really clean, had everything you could need and more. It was lovely to have our own space and it’s super close to the beach too. Thanks so much!

We stayed in Migle's apartment for one week. The apartment is very comfortable and is in a great location with easy access to good cafés and restaurants, the views of the ocean from the terrace are outstanding. The public transport infrastructure is excellent, so reliable and easy to use; the local taxi companies were also very reliable with reasonable fares. Migle is an excellent host, very welcoming, very responsive as well as extremely helpful e.g., we asked about tennis court facilities in the area, Migle promptly sent Google Map. instructions ..thank you Migle

We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Fast Internet in both levels of apartment. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to feel at home. The balcony was super wow, offering a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening, jakuzzi is best, and the view 100% unique. The location is fantastic—quiet enough for a restful stay, yet conveniently close to everything you might need, whether it's great restaurants, cafes. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I can't wait to return! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, close to local towns for restaurants and beaches, close to the airports, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The property is well equipped with all items we required. We could not fault it. Check in/out was simple and the homeowner was very helpful. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you again :)

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf met onze 2 kleine kindjes. Het appartement ligt erg rustig, op 5 min wandelen van een strandje, een supermarktje en een strandbar. De mooiste wandelgebieden liggen wel op 30 tot 45 min rijden. Het appartement zelf was heel proper, heeft een goede voorziene keuken en is licht en ruim.

what a beautiful house, beyond our expectations. I can't explain how all of the wonderful details in the house make such an unforgettable stay. Rossana you go the extra mile like no other. A beautiful basket of fresh fruit, cava, chocolates, drinks in the fridge, and so much more. makeup remover and pads, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I could go on. Rossana was delightful, amazing communication aswell. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. we will definitely be back . Thankyou for our stay in your beautiful, wonderful home.

Vi tilbrakte to uker i huset under jule- og nyttårsfeiringen. Huset var perfekt for oss med våre tre barn. Ungdommene våre disponerte det store loftsrommet med bad og tekjøkken. Huset var romslig og føltes personlig, og hadde alt vi trengte, inkludert et stort vaskerom. Soverommet hadde, i likhet med garderoben og badet, utgang til hagen. Det var store, fine uteplasser, fantastisk hage i private omgivelser og gode solforhold. Huset var hyggelig innredet og godt utstyrt, selv om noen ting sikkert bør oppgraderes for å nå helt til topp. Bassenget var ikke oppvarmet og passet derfor best for bading for vårt yngste barn. Huseier bodde like ved og var innom daglig. Hun var svært hyggelig og vi følte oss alltid velkommen. Hun fortalte om husets opprinnelse og planene fremover. Flere ganger fikk vi frukt og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen hennes. Vi hadde et perfekt opphold og bor gjerne her igjen!

The place was perfect for us, comfortable, fully equipped, very well cared for and peaceful and private. All the small touches made it feel welcoming and warm. We sat out on the patio at sunset which was great, we were able to make some meals in the fully outfitted kitchen, and enjoy sleeping in a very comfortable bed with quality linens. The place was great and the hosts were absolutely amazing. Daniel and Eduardo literally made our visit to Tenerife an incredible experience. They are simply great people, people we would want as neighbors and friends. They were very helpful with recommendations, responsive and also appreciating when we wanted to explore areas. Every recommendation they gave us was not only good but literally amazing! Restaurants, places to visit, walks to take, hikes to consider, unique things to try were all excellent. They also have a wonderful dog named Malba which we loved to visit with! Thank you so much Daniel and Edu for your hospitality!!!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, 14 km südlich von Santa Cruz- wo es sehr viel zu sehen gibt.Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto. Wir hatten den wunderschönen Garten mit Liegen usw allein für uns. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Meerblick, auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Küche war komplett, incl. Saftpresse für den Orangensaft! Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine!. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Dach-Bar mit Blick auf den Hafen fußläufig in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar, die Töchter sprechen deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank
