This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Waking up to sound of the waves and being able to walk on beautiful quiet beach was relaxing. The location of this place is great. 15 min (by car)from the Jaco downtown. And still very quiet and private. There are stores and restaurants close by. The place is well put together, clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious and has fantastic natural light! We saw all sorts of animals from the balcony every day and it was so convenient having the little store across the street. Edwin, the property manager, was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Super close to the beach and the community is private so we felt incredibly safe. We definitely recommend staying here!

Rosana and Gary made it so easy. We booked last minute and they welcomed us with graciousness and were very accommodating. The location is amazing, the space and view are unique and very special! Just like many of the reviews listed this place was amazing! Spacious, very clean, and responsive host. As all others have said Jefferson and his mother were amazing. Great food and great responses from Jefferson. Everything we needed was right there. We like to keep our places clean but they made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed! 15 minute drive from the house to the town but that was understood. If you want privacy and solitude there is no better place we did one day in Manuel Antonio and still don’t understand why more people don’t stay in Playa Palo Seco. Amazing location with the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. Can’t say enough about this Airbnb. Nothing negative at all. Tip: Respect the ocean. The tides are scary of course but you need to do your research and keep your little ones close!

We loved our second stay at Susan’s Villa Margarita!! My husband and I came here last year, and we brought our 15 and 19 year old boys back with us this year! We all had a blast! Lots of swimming, boogie boarding, walking, running, hiking, and relaxing! Jenny does a very good job keeping the place clean outside and in! Susan was by far the best host we have ever had! We will be back next year for sure :)

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Great place with an amazing pool, beach and ocean view

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Laura’s place for a weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The view from the balcony was incredible at sunset. The visitors guide was helpful and offered some great recommendations on restaurant. The beach was steps away and the area was very walkable. Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

This is a beautiful condo. We had plenty of space and our teenagers loved the pool. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the center of town but a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Soda Raquel was very close by and served a delicious traditional breakfast. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck. We appreciated knowing there were guards who ensured only guests were in the pool area.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!

Lugar hermoso para pasar en familia, a pocos pasos de la playa para salir a caminar a primera hora en la mañana, piscinas hermosas y seguras para estar con los niños, la atención de William excelente, solo lagunas cositas que se pueden mejorar como por ejemplo, el ac de la habitación principal tiene un sonido que es un poco molesto. Pero dejando de lado estás cositas el lugar es excelente para vacacionar por varios días y sus anfitriones 10/10.
