Great spot, super clean, great location, super friendly host, public parking near it, will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Ojalá que mi reseña te ayude a decidirte por este alojamiento. El lugar no está en el centro pero tiene una parada de bus bastante cerca que llega hacia el centro perfectamente. El apartamento es muy compacto, está perfectamente distribuido y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Sobre la limpieza, quedamos más que complacidos, todo estaba reluciente, incluso utensilios que normalmente no se suelen limpiar. Veronica, excelente anfitriona, le agradecemos muchísimo por su fina atención.

Appartement très bien placé. Vue magnifique sur la cathédrale. Parfait pour le petit déjeuner ou les apéros du soir. Convient parfaitement pour un couple qui souhaiterait visiter Séville pour quelques jours et être à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésiter

Javier’s apartment is centrally located, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment throughout was spotless, and had all the required amenities to make a few meals at home. Javier met us at the door, and walked us through the operation of some of the appliances. We had a very pleasant stay, and would not hesitate booking this apartment again the next time we visit Sevilla.

We spent the month of March in this beautiful apartment! Great location, close to wonderful restaurants and all the important city sites are within walking distance! Virginie and Juanma were fantastic hosts always responding quickly and giving helpful suggestions!

Really nice 2 bedroom apartment next to plaza San Marco and within 20 min walk to most attractions. Kitchen is small but has all the necessary equipment. There are heat pumps in every room which is quite nice. There’s a grocery store and a bakery within 100m. The beds are not the most comfortable but are ok. This à great place to stay to enjoy Seville and I would return without hesitation.

Per was really helpful with recommendations for Bodega tours (Funderara) and local restaurants. He ordered us a taxi to the bus station when we left. The rooftop terrace is lovely to relax on in the evening. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need. Very highly recommended! 😎☀️🌴🍷

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Pas de charme particulier mais très pratique et bien équipé pour un court séjour. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de vis à vis malgré sa localisation très centrale est particulièrement appréciable. Guillaume se rend disponible en cas de besoin.

Great location in the centre of Jerez, near many restaurants and cafes. We had a lovely trip, helped hugely by having such a nice apartment to come home to each evening. Ben gave clear instructions and we had no problems at all. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Teye. L’appartement est très beau, propre et fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Séville. Donc si vous souhaitez visiter cette magnifique ville à pied et les principaux monuments, cet appartement est parfait. La communication avec l’hôte Teye a été très fluide, elle était réactive à nos questions et elle nous a même recommandé des endroits à visiter ou des restaurants. Je vous recommande cet appartement, vous passerez un super séjour !

Had a great stay here. Perfect location in walking distance to the main attractions and a lot of lovely little tapas bars. It was a shame the jacuzzi wasn’t working but the host communicated this to us in advance and we appreciated being kept informed. The home was beautiful and just as described would definitely return!

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

Sofía’s place was warm and inviting. She was super responsive and helpful as we had questions. The location cannot be beat. Triana is an amazing neighborhood with everything you need just a short walk away. We travelled with 3 children ages 5 and under and this worked very well for our 3 day stay. We parked the car and did not use it the whole time. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely ground floor apartment in the San Gil neighborhood of Seville. The apartment is located in an internal courtyard so there is no outside noise. Sometimes there is noise inside the building but the nights are completely quiet. The apartment is renovated, well-equipped and cozy and is located in a lovely and developing residential neighborhood a short walk from bars, the Freia market and Alameda de Hércules. The owners are very nice and take care of any request immediately. For those looking for Seville without the swarms of tourists, this is the place.

Manuel ist ein liebevoller Gastgeber. Wir würden, mit unsere 2 kleine Hunde, freundlich empfangen und ins Apartment eingewiesen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, ein wunderschöne Küche mit alle Utensilien die man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit Sofa für TV Unterhaltung mit Netflix, Prime und WLAN. Ein sehr grosser Terrasse mit Nachmittag Sonne und im französischen Bett haben wir mehr als gut geschlafen. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort. Uns und unsere beiden Hunde hat es sehr gut gefallen. Direkt an der Anlage sind 2 schönen Parks zum spazieren und ein Tiefgarage Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Von unsere Seite nur Lob und wir würden uns jederzeit gerne wieder bei Manuel einmieten.

Apartment ist sehr schön. Es war bisschen laut, da der Unterkunft an der Hauptstraße liegt. Wir hatten schönen Aufenthalt und das Wetter war Super.
