This is a smaller unit in the back corner of the building. It is charming and has a nice little balcony with a decent view. It is well stocked and the hosts are super nice and responsive. Personally I decided to avoid Club Cerralvo in the future because of the next door party venue that puts a whole mariachi band and a DJ right in your bedroom until 4am on the weekends, but that’s just me.

Andrew’s place was great. We stayed for a month and could’ve stayed longer. Great staff at Club Cerralvo and a very welcoming community of condo owners.

This is a nicely furnished and clean condo that is very comfortable.. There are actually two separate units that make up the two bedroom condo. One is a studio and the other has one bedroom. Great deck that overlooks the pool. Really appreciated the fresh water dispenser in the kitchen. Linda was exceptionally helpful in her communications with us prior to arrival and during our stay. She really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was going to be a good one. It's a great place and Linda made us feel right at home. We hope we can return again soon!.

J’ai beaucoup aimé le logement, c’était très bien avec la terrasse sur le toit. C’était facile d’aller à l’épicerie et chez le marchand de fruits et légumes à pieds.j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Merci beaucoup.

As others have said, if you are looking to work remote and do a wind / water sport in La Ventana, this is a great place to do it. Mini studios rooms are clean and cozy with nice bathroom. Large kitchen / large fridge is great. Wifi / Internet were great. Rooftop or kitchen are great options for working outside your room. It's a short walk to Playa Central and Baja Joes, two of the most popular launch / eat / drink / meet spots. I rented a motorbike from the host to help me get around, but you can get by without a car, if need be. All the guests were very friendly and helpful, as was the host, Pepe.

This place is on top of a hot spring, and you can full the jacuzzi any time you want, that is just amaizing. And the location is exceptional, really quiet and in the sea. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to go back!
