This was a great stay while visiting family in the area. Very walkable. You can see the ocean from many of the windows. The place was clean and as pictured, which I really appreciated.

Spectacularly appointed lower apartment with a glorious patio just steps away from the ocean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Martin was very responsive in providing all necessary instructions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location! We loved having access to plenty of bikes for my family to enjoy the beach bike path.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

My family had a great stay at this place. The big back yard and the hot tub were perfect for kids. The beach is a 30 second walk and was great to be able to go back and forth to the house easily. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible with an earlier check in time which we appreciated.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating options and spacious kitchen.

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

Excellent location with walking distance to the marina and great restaurants.

Perfect little spot for the four of us. We had plenty of space and it was so close to main Long Beach attractions.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Great place to stay in Malibu. The heated pool is perfect even on a cloudy day in winter. The electric heaters in the patio are a nice touch. The steam sauna is relaxing. Road noise is minimal at least in the west bedroom. Laundry in basement is useful and you can pay for it using an app, don’t need coins ( though that’s an option). Highly recommended overall.

Hands down the best view of any air bnbs we have ever stayed at. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the waves. Amenities were excellent and instructions were crystal.

The place is beautiful so clean and Happy vibe! Views are breath taking. The condo was equipped with everything you need. Ling ling was very helpful. Neighbors friendly. The outdoor living space is lovely. Close to lots of places to walk to dinner and the ocean so close just 5 min walk. We love her place and it felt like home.

We stayed here with a group. The house was even more beautiful than the photos. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with clean towels/ bedding. Only a 10 min Uber to Catalina island express so it made for such an easy trip. Great host, very accommodating!

Amazing place, very dreamy. My family and I slept like babies with those waves crashing. I would definitely reccomend it! Great host!

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Really enjoyed staying at Mark's place. Great place to come back to after exploring the area. Very walkable to Venice where you can rent a bike to go further on the boardwalk to Santa Monica. I just wished the weather was a little bit warmer so I could have taken advantage of the garden area. Oh, the best pillows ever of the AirBnbs that I've stayed in on my trip around the globe. I need to find out where they're from. I'd definitely look into staying there again when I'm back in the area.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

This property is beautiful. This is a good spot if you want somewhere close to the ocean but far enough away from the crowded tourist streets. The house was clean and matched the description and pictures. The 2 car garage is almost essential in Long Beach (coming from a local) and fit a small suv and sedan. The host(s) provided all the information we needed and there were no issues during our stay. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Cape Catalina! This is a great property! So close to the beach and the beach is beautiful! The neighborhood around the house is great for walking and running. The house was very clean! We would definitely stay here again on a return visit. We also really appreciated the gift waiting for us when we arrived. There were a variety of snacks and lemonade, which was so nice to walk in and see after a long day of travel!
