When we arrived there was construction at a unit near ours and the noise was bad. They quickly placed us in a new bigger unit at no extra costs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place to stay. And we loved the pool!!

This was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the amenities of the whole resort. The Co-Host Andrea was outstanding and provided me with a lot of information I request prior to getting there. Once there, she responded to a few inquiries I had and was gracious, accommodating, and responsive in every way. I definitely would recommend booking this Neil's place.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

Fue una estancia muy cómoda, te sientes como en casa. Para mi los más importante es la limpieza y este departamento lo tenía, aparte de que es más bonito que en las fotos, muy completo en todos los aspectos, tomamos la sombrilla y la hielera para ir a la playa, eso me pareció excelente, ya que no tienes que ir a rentar. Karam respondía muy rápido las dudas que tuvimos y nos resolvió todo.

Great place, it’s great to have washer/dryer when traveling with family. Uber is always 2min away and very cheap to get to the city centre or beaches around.

Definitely recommend this stay! This was my first time in Cabo, but my partners 5th time going and she mentioned this has been by far the best stay she’s booked thus far. This was conveniently located across Soriana grocery store AND Costco! You don’t need a car for either, they are both a 2 minute walk. The home was well equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc). We were a group of 5 and comfortably fit, though 6 would work well too. The pool was heated. The view from the balcony was perfectly angled to see the famous Arc which looked beautiful sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it! This was about an 11 minute drive to the marina, where you will spend most of your time for activities. I felt very secure and safe in this location, all rooms were clean, neat, and have working AC units. Would highly recommend and rebook this stay!

We just finished up a wonderful one month stay at Lauren’s place. The space is open, airy and clean. Modern well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location and building are outstanding, giving quick access to Centro, while maintaining enough distance for peace and quiet. Lauren is a great communicator and made the process easy from start to finish, Thanks!

I had an incredible stay at Gabriela’s condo! From the moment I arrived, she was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail was impressive. Gabriela went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering helpful recommendations and quick responses. I would absolutely stay here again highly recommend!❤️

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el depto. y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí. El apartamento es tal como se ve en las imágenes y para destacar que cuenta con equipamiento para la playa (sombrilla, reposeras, heladera) lo cual fue fundamental para nuestra estadía.

Extremely bright, and extremely spacious apartment, with loads of room to store one’s things. Very tastefully decorated, lots of comfortable living room furniture and very comfortable beds. Loads of space on the two balconies that are separate from each other. If one likes to walk, it is very possible to walk into the old town, and also to the public beach access. Close to two large grocery stores. When you come out of the elevator, you are a few stairs away from the pool area, and one can do laps in the pool. Pretty well stocked kitchen, and laundry facilities in the apartment are sufficient. An extremely responsive host who was generous with several recommendations. We were very satisfied with this place.

Super close to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. You have great grocery stores and beaches nearby. The room has amazing views and feels super private since the balcony overhangs the other units. Great stay!

The stay at Barb's was amazing - her place is exactly how it is described and she's super quick at responding to our questions and concerns. The rooftop pool was one flight of stairs up, which is super convenient. Just a note that the OXXO does not sell alcohol, the closest place would be up the street on the left. Couple of restaurants close by, easily accessible by foot.

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!

This is place to stay in Cabo! Our experience was great before we even arrived. Jennifer went out of her way to have birthday balloons set up in the room to surprise my gf. This place was exceptionally clean, close to all the great attractions, but isolated enough where it was peaceful and quiet. Jennifer was great at communicating throughout the entire trip and was always available for recommendations or help around the facility. I definitely will be booking this spot next time I visit. Thanks for being a great host!

excelente lugar, supermercados muy cerca se puede ir caminando, muy cómoda y agradable la propiedad, Elsa está atenta en todo momento de los mensajes y resuelve cualquier duda, lo recomiendo mucho.

We felt at home here and it was the perfect size for us. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We both slept so well. We enjoyed time at the pool and deck and the location in San Jose Del Cabo was perfect for our needs in going both East and west. It was quiet - no loud parties and private. We would stay there again.
