Our group of 12 (3 children) and adults really enjoyed our time at Jake’s! We spent the early morning in the center of Leon and then headed that way closer to check - in. Place was easy to find (if you are not from Nicaragua) we recommend you use location app Waze because Jakes place is marked there for easy find. The place is very clean and rooms offer all comforts- each have their own bathrooms and AC. The poo was perfect for the children and the place offers plenty outdoor showers to wash off the sand. There is a kitchenette attached to a bedroom (if you are renting the whole space) and a full kitchen for your use. They offer recommendations for restaurants but Ana, one of their staff, who we absolutely adored and was so nice and on it, ended up cooking for us. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night, but due to our schedule we were not able to. Access to water is phenomenal and almost flat with no rocks

Great spot for large groups. We had a fantastic time. Delicious restaurants within walking distance. We spent time in Leon because it is close enough to do activities there. Jeanette is really easy to communicate with and answers fast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's house. It's walking distance to the beach, a short drive into town, and very private. The yard has beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the house design, high ceilings, nice open kitchen/living floor plan, and plenty of kitchen prep space with all the necessities included. Also, the patio is a great outdoor hangout spot. Holly and John are very responsive and helpful, as are the caretakers, Marvin and Tania. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to be close to the beach/boom and have a peaceful, private space.

Sikkert sted, vi kunne have vores motorcykler opbevaret. Stedet er småt men fungerede fint, aircondition var dejlig og effektiv. Der var ingen muligheder for at lave lidt mad, der savnede vi. Men trods det var det et fint ophold og kommer gerne igen.

Great cozy place with a great AC. Perfect place to stay if all you need is a bed, bathroom, AC and a fridge. Super friendly and helpful host. There was no water in the neighborhood during part of our stay and they kindly brought us buckets of water to use.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Amarilla. Jacek’s instructions made it easy to find the house and the check-in was very uncomplicated. The house is super spacious and has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms. Despite the warm temperatures outside, the high ceilings and fans in the Casa kept it pleasantly cool. Otherwise, the outdoor shower provided a quick way to cool off. Our favourite place was the large terrace where we set up two hammocks to relax in. Casa Amarilla is also just a few minutes' walk from two surf spots, Coco Loco and Nahualapa Bay. Other surf spots can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place. Perfect for anyone looking for a quieter spot to relax and surf. beautiful cozy place and easy to find ! I would stay again at this place. My only recommendation is the staff should clean the Fortnite inside rooms. The cabinets had dust and items from previous owner ( I am not sure) and more towels would have been helpful Communicated to the owner regarding lack of batteries as some of the TV and AC controller didn't have batteries but didn't get a response, but we did a response when one of the AC unit were not working. Overall , good experience, but there is room for improvement
