l'appartamento è molto confortevole il signor Paris e stato gentilissimo. Ci ha supportato per tutto ciò che serviva a rendere piacevole la nostra permanenza sull'isola. Gentile ,mai invadente. veramente una persona fantastica. Spero un giorno di ritornare sia sull'isola che nel suo appartamento. Gli auguro tutto il bene e spero che possiate apprezzare i modi l'accoglienza e la professionalità del signor Paris.l

This house was even better than we imagined! It is huge! So many gathering spaces. The outdoor patio and rooftop are spectacular. The house is very close to the shops and restaurants. Being able to open the windows and get a breeze was very nice with the warm weather. Absolutely magical!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern, die uns eigene Produkte (Eier, Oliven und Zitronen) angeboten haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet um Monemvasia und die Strände zu erreichen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

Maria's place is a beautiful homage to the past with modern amenities. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. the beds were comfortable and warm, the balcony has a great view and heaps of space for chairs and tables. Maria is very helpful, communicative and accommodating. Karavas is a quiet village in the north of Kythira with lovely people, beautiful scenery and breathtaking walks. The local bakery was a favourite of ours with great coffee and service. A car is required for this one I think, the beach is only 10min drive and has crystal clear water. I would love to return. it was such a great place!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Νιώσαμε σαν να ήταν σπίτι μας ! Εκπληκτικό σπίτι 🏡 Με τέλεια θέα! Η οικοδέσποινα εξαιρετική , απαντούσε ότι ώρα και να της έστειλα το σπίτι το είχε ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟΟΟΟ💐✨ Επίσης το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα δεν του λείπει τίποτα ! Εμείς πήγαμε με το σκυλάκι μας και ευχαριστήθηκε την βεράντα που είχε το σπίτι στο επαρκο! 😍 Υ.Γ Σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα και για τα καλούδια που μας έδωσες και ελπίζω να μην δημιουργήσαμε πρόβλημα με της τρίχες του σκυλακου .

La mer est à 200 mètres, la plage est idéale, du sable propre, eau transparente, on a pied longtemps, et en septembre nous sommes souvent seuls. Pour les chiens, la terrasse est grillagée et autour il y a énormément d'espace.

Κλείσαμε τον χώρο για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Όμορφο σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις για 4 άτομα. Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη (Αγία Πελαγία), πας με τα πόδια, ταυτόχρονα όμως σε ήσυχο μέρος. Υπέροχη θέα, με θάλασσα από κάτω, στα δέκα βήματα. Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με το νερό στην περιοχή, ευτυχώς όμως, δεν κρατούσε για πολύ και ο Σωτήρης ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Must: Μην ξεχάσεις να ξυπνήσεις πρωί για να απολαύσεις την ανατολή από το μπαλκονακι! 😉

The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the cozy living area where we could unwind .The location was perfect—right on the beach and local restaurants ! We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the private patio/balcony, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea.The host went above and beyond, providing local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Notre sejour à Monemvasia était génial ! Le logement grand avec terrasse et vue sur le "caillou" exceptionnelle. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains quand on a des ados c'est vraiment pratique. Nous avons tout fait à pied au départ du logement, ce qui nous a rendu indépendants : un plus ! Quelques soucis de traduction de la note de bienvenue pour nous (😅 malheureusement nous ne parlons pas grec) mais rien de grave. Nous aurions dû demander à notre hôte qui est très sympathique et réactif. Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Merci pour ces vacances inoubliables !

Ο Μάρκος εξαιρετικός μας οδήγησε ο ίδιος στο δωμάτιο.Μας έδωσε ότι πληροφορίες χρειαστηκαμε.Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο πολύ καθαρό είχε όλες τις ανέσεις.Η θάλασσα δίπλα ακριβώς η περιοχή πανέμορφη .Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι,σε ωραίο περιβάλλον μέσα στη φύση κοντά στη θάλλασα.Οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικοί μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπίτι μας.Πραγματικά το απολαύσαμε.Το μόνο θα έλεγα αρνητικό είναι ότι είναι προσβάσιμο μόνο με αυτοκίνητο,είναι λίγο πιο έξω από το οικισμό.

The host was EXCELLENT! She was super responsive and extremely helpful to serve all our needs! Our car broke down and she brought her cousin to help us fix the battery on a public holiday! we couldnt be more thankful to her and her hospitality! the room itself is very clean,comfortable and nice with a suberb toilet that is fully renovated. Everything was extremely clean and spotless. The location was really good - about 10 minutes from Monemvasia and close to elafonisos and Neapolis. Overall, we are extremely happy and look forward to visiting again

Μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή για να μείνει κάποιος στα Κύθηρα. Το σπιτι εξαιρετικό και πολύ άνετο ειδικά για οικογένειες!!! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εκπληκτική και πολύ βοηθητική σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!!! Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική με πολύ όμορφες παραλίες και χωρια στην γύρω περιοχή. Με το αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να πας όπου θες στο νησί χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ειδικά για οικογένειες, εμείς μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με την όλη εμπειρία!!!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε ενα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Μονεμβασιάς! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

Delightful overnight stay. Antonis's mother is the sweetest person on earth: we didn't speak the same language but her bright smile, kindness, helpfulness and generosity made it so welcoming. Still warm homemade honey doughnuts were waiting for us in the kitchen - loveliest attention ever from a guest. The flat is clean, spacious, well equiped (even with olive oil, coffee, soap for the washing machine) and correspond the description. The beds are ok and blankets provided. Small balcony with tiny seaview. One room has no AC/heater. 2 minutes walking from the sea. Easy parking. After leaving the appartment, we realised that we forgot sth inside. Antonis was hyper reactive and her mother found us in the street while we were walking toward coffee place, handling a spare key to us. The stress was gone in 3 minutes. With heartwarming mama's smile on top. We're looking forward to come back and be hosted by Antonis and her mother <3

Ευχαριστούμε οικογενειακώς την Δέσποινα και τον Νίκο! Μας υποδεχτηκαν νωρίτερα από την ώρα άφιξης με κατανόηση. Υπήρξαν διακριτικοί και άνετοι! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, το σπίτι απολύτως λειτουργικό για 2 ενήλικες και 3 μικρά παιδιά. Εξοπλισμένο, προσεγμένο και ομορφο σπιτι. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε όλες τις ανέσεις στην κουζίνα και το μπάνιο χωρίς κανένα θεμα. Φαρμακείο, μίνι μάρκετ και παιδική χαρά δίπλα στο σπίτι! Υπέροχες παραλίες από Παναριτη έως και λίμνες, να επιλέξει ο καθένας ότι τον βολεύει, και όλα πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο σε ομαλή διαδρομή. Η Μονεμβασιά, η Ελαφόνησος και η Νεάπολη σε απόσταση πολύ μικρή επίσης. Είχαμε φοβερή ησυχία, χαλαρώσαμε, γνωρίσαμε υπέροχους και φιλικούς ανθρώπους στην Έλικα! Το κατάλυμα υπήρξε το ησυχαστήριό μας και η βάση εξόρμησης σε πολλές υπέροχες εμπειρίες.

Sono stata ospite con famiglia. Olga disponibilissima al telefono. Posto vicino a tutto con posto auto. Appartamento fornito di tutto. Come dicevo prima avrei preferito comunicare via sms più diretto che via mail anche se lei diponibilissima al telefono. Consigliatissimo per vedere quella parte della Grecia.
