Studio très lumineux, bien situé et assez bien équipé. Le balcon est un grand + pour pouvoir profiter du soleil confortablement. Communication facile avec l’agence. Pas très bien insonorisé mais on s’y attend pour un ancien immeuble de cette taille.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fint boende – rent, välutrustat och bra läge! Min dotter och hennes seglarkompisar bodde här under ett träningsläger i El Campello, och vi är väldigt nöjda med boendet! Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välutrustad, vilket gjorde deras vistelse både bekväm och smidig. ✔ Mycket utrymme för kläder – gott om galgar och förvaring. ✔ Fina, rena badrum – bra duschar och fräscht intryck. ✔ Välutrustat kök – fanns allt från plastbyttor för förvaring till alla andra nödvändiga köksredskap. ✔ Torkställning fanns, vilket var bra för seglarkläderna! ✔ Lätt att sortera sopor – smidigt att slänga och återvinna precis utanför på gatan. ✔ Bra läge – nära matbutik och strandpromenaden. ✔ Bra kontakt med ansvarig – även om hon föredrog spanska, gick det lätt att kommunicera. Vi har inget negativt att anmärka och kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra!

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

estuvimos 5 días y la verdad que fue todo un acierto, la ubicación de la casa y las vistas son perfectos para unos días de tranquilidad y relax(es verdad que se necesitacoche para moverse)pero merece la pena . A 10min tienes playas preciosas y el centro de Alteaque es espectacular, aparte de que hay pueblos alrededormuy bonitos.Muchas gracias a Roy que es un anfitrión muy amable y servicial, esperamos volver el año que viene. recomendable 100% la experiencia

Stefan var lätt och bra att kommunicera med och huset var som beskrivningen. Det låg bra med närhet till stranden, affärer och restauranger!

Valeria estuvo siempre pendiente de nosostros, en todo momento se comunicó y estuvo abierta a resolver nuestras dudas, Anton nos dió buenos consejos para visitar tanto de los pueblos cerca como las playas. El apartamento es mejor en persona que en fotos, es más amplio y está equipado con todo lo que necesitas para la estancia, a parte muy limpio y el baño tenía siempre un olor agradable. El balcón es muy agradable para desayunar. El apartamento está más o menos a 15 minutos de la playa, 5 minutos de la estación del metro y 19 minutos de la estación central de Bus caminando. Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

WOW! What a fabulous apartment. not sure the photos did it justice. the apartment is approx 30 -40 minute walk from Torrevieja itself, but it is just across the road from a beach, and in season may have more open in the location. This apartment is a new build, and the complex itself is still unfinished, but other than a little builders dust we were not disturbed at all. There is integral access to a car park but we didn't see this facility. We would love to return to this apartment in season.

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Die Wohnung ist durch die Garage perfekt für Reisen mit Auto, auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Whirlpool und Grill ist ein echte Highlight. Bei der Ausstattung wurde auch an Kinder gedacht und es gibt ein paar Spielsachen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check-in problemlos. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Desde el principio, las instrucciones claras hicieron que todo fuera sencillo. Mercedes , la anfitriona, siempre respondía rápido y mostró mucha iniciativa para que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Me sentí como en casa , y el espacio realmente coincidía con las fotos . Además, la zona me gustó mucho , con un entorno agradable y práctico. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaría!

Hemos alquilado 2 apartamentos comunicados en la misma planta, lo que nos ha sido muy util para estar 6 personas juntas pero con cierta intimidad. Los apartamentos estaban impecables, completamente equipados con TV, wifi, a/a y a la cocina no le faltaba de nada, todo perfecto. Alejandro y Eva han estado siempre pendientes de nosotros. Nos contestaban muy rápido a nuestras dudas antes de llegar alojamiento. La zona tranquila, al lado del río y de la catedral, con servicios de restauración y ocio muy cercanos y muy variados. Para rizar el rizo nos facilitaron plazas de aparcamiento bien de precio , dejando el coche al llegar y sacándolo para volvernos, se puede ir a todos los sitios andando desde los apartamentos. Hemos estado como en casa. Muchas gracias Eva y Alejandro por vuestras atenciones

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Alles war gut zu erreichen und auch die Umgebung hat viel sehenswertes. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Danke

Jolie résidence dans un beau cadre

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Alicante, l’appartement est bien situé avec Tram et Bus à proximité, petite boulangerie au coin de la rue, Le château n’est vraiment pas très loin. L’hôte est très sympathique, les informations sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement 🤗✨

Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!

Fijn verblijf in een mooi nieuw complex. Omdat alles nieuw was voelde je snel thuis en op je gemak. Het ontvangst was heel fijn met het contactpersoon die voor je klaarstaat en waarmee je duidelijk kan communiceren.
