We loved staying here! Easy to find and the nearby food places were really friendly. Kitchen was stocked with most utensils so we were able to cook a couple of times during our stay. Oh and the hot-tub was a nice treat at night as well. Totally recommend it!

This place had a nice open living room for all 8 of us. It was a great place to come after coming off the slopes at Wolfcreek. The hot tub was nice as well to relax our sore muscles. We enjoyed our stay!

Beyond fantastic! This place is a gem. It hurts to write a great review because I wish I could keep it a secret. Everything about this place screams a great time away from mundane life and recharging in nature. If you like to fly fish, there are monsters to be had in the river. The ranch dogs, Povi and RuRu kept my two little sons entertained and Glenn was more than a gracious host. This isn’t some minute by minute planned out ranch experience where you over pay for a catered trip that leaves you unfulfilled. This is a place where you can get far away from life and make time stop for yourself. It’s not the Ritz, it is freedom to experience ranch life with PRIME fishing all around you! House was very nice. The amount of space worked out well for our family. A helpful hint for those who stay off season; grocery stores close by 6 pm at latest (except for DG) and number of restaurants are closed or have early closing in the area. So plan ahead. And bring your own grocery bags. Other than that, we loved the area. The kids and I really enjoyed our walk to the river.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

Our stay at the Courthouse Cabin was nothing short of amazing. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, with an authentic charm that transports you back to the 1800s. We were a large group of 12 adults and 4 kids, and the Robertson family could not have been more accommodating. They were incredibly flexible with our check-in time, which was a lifesaver since we were coming from 5 hours away and had a few changes in our itinerary. The entire experience reminded me of my grandparents' farm, especially waking up to the sounds of the animals and the fresh breeze. The kids had a blast, even though not all participated in the horse riding. The hosts made sure they could still interact with the horses and even took some great photos. It was a highlight of the trip for them. The Robertson family went above and beyond, even mailing back a blanket that one of the kids left behind. He was over the moon to get it back. We highly recommend this beautiful, off-grid retreat.

Best experience ever! 10 out of 10. This is real cabin in the woods experience. No cell phone no loud noises, just you and nature. From the very second you enter the cabin feels like the time stops. Oh…and the smell inside the cabin is something else, makes you sleep like a baby :) Great fishing location as well. Make sure you bring your cast iron pan so you can cook that trout on the fire over the fireplace. Will definitely come back!! Best regards, Alex and Allyson

Melissa was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quiet simple single room retreat hut. Host lives right next door, but still very peaceful and private.

Loved it, spent some great time in Pagosa springs, and took a ride to South fork and that is an amazing road!

This property was exactly as advertised, extremely well-equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of chairs to relax in, a lovely porch for star-gazing, clear instructions, and just an overall fantastic experience in a beautiful area of the Colorado Rockies. Would definitely recommend and will return if we ever get the chance to again.

We are repeat guests. We love this location and the surrounding area. The house suits our family well and was very clean. We spend our days outdoors hiking/backpacking in the area. We cook the majority of our meals in the kitchen. Still a bit of a work in progress, but we had a great stay and love this spot! The scenery & remoteness are just what we look for!

A wonderful little cabin with beautiful views! I surprised my partner with this trip and he was so excited to sleep outside under the stars. James and Doreen were lovely hosts. They told us all about how they built all the buildings on their land, we got to meet their dogs ad donkeys, and they had lots of great recommendations. Absolutely going to be coming back!!

This is such a comfortable cabin! Make sure you plan for 30 minutes to get to the cabin from town and another 30 to get back into town. You will feel like you are visiting at your friends house! It is so laid back and beautiful. The mosquitoes are definitely thick but get a Thermacell and that will help. Enjoy being out away from everything and unwind. This is certainly a location to unplug from work and enjoy the visit with your family. Thanks Erika for sharing your home and being so quick to respond to our requests!

Amazing host. Eric is a tremendous host and was super helpful and responsive. He has a great property and the beauty of the location is unmatched. The night sky is absolutely insane. Lots of hiking and fishing in the area. You will not be disappointed.
