for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Ramon’s place was excellent! I picked it because it was close to Ruth Eckerd Hall where we went to a show. Before the show we went to barfly restaurant which was excellent! Ramone‘s place was pretty much right in between both locations. I will definitely Stay there whenever we visit Clearwater again. Ramon was a great host and his place was very clean and comfortable!

Anna was the best host and made this stay for us very enjoyable. We would definitely come back! Thanks Anna....

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

My husband, myself and our two young kids stayed here for just a night while passing through Tampa. My biggest review is for the king bed—it is ultra comfy! The location is actually pretty great. It seems central and is walkable to the Armature Works and the riverwalk. We were just 10 minutes from the airport w/o traffic. The building, unit, and immediate neighborhood is older and is noticeable both outside and inside. Taylor has done a good job at sprucing the unit up, but it has it's wear. Dishes are provided, filtered water, extra bedding, AC was great, etc. Stay for the king bed though. It's dreamy. We'd return!

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and Efrain is very accommodating. Would highly recommend and a great location near all the area has to offer.

The house was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located to Clearwater for the beach & Phillies stadium.

Great spot near the airport and lots of places to get dinner too.

David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Matt’s place is beautiful … it is exactly as pictured… his place was clean well equipped and easy to enter… the pool and jacuzzi was perfect early mornings before we went out!… the view is everything, and was such a wonderful thing to wake up to everyday… Matt’s place had everything you’ll need to cook.. it was a total 5 stars if i could i wld gv it 6!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Very cute and clean condo close enough to beach. Bed was extremely comfortable views from front/back were great. Had everything we needed for a sisters weekend. Loved all the beach equipment that was there to use.

We had a lovely stay at Don's place. The place was very clean, cool in temperature, and had a good view of the ocean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The lock and keypad was easy to use (it was a little difficult for me to find the passcode, but Don responded right away to my request). Prior to check in we went to the pool and ordered some food, the pool/bar area was very nice, friendly staff, and it was close to the apartment. Also great coffee at the hotel across the road (The Current). I wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely recommend.
