A good, simple place that has what you need. I like straight-forward places like this. Big kitchen and very powerful air conditioning. The place is in a central location, but it's also on a busy road and across the street from a gas station, so note that, if you're wondering about surrounding area. Additionally, the unit in the building is up a flight of steep stairs, which is a little tricky, especially if you can't find the light switch. The bed, while large, was a bit thin too. However, Doug was also very communicative when responding to issues. There was an issue with the internet/wifi, and he made a point to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and do whatever was possible to get it fixed. Hopefully he'll also take feedback to further better the place, because it does have good potential.

Duplex was great, laid out well. Easy on and off the highway. Very quiet. Will try to rent this space again

From booking to checking out it was a great experience. Nice and spacious home. Well equipped. Warm and cozy. Will stay again if we’re back in Mayville.

We booked Michelle’s place when my in-laws came to visit. Our apartment doesn’t have a second bedroom so we wanted a little more space. We all loved it! The cleanliness and coziness of the space made us all feel right at home. The kitchen had every dish and appliance we needed to cook dinner. The large tv and comfy, large couch were perfect for watching movies together. And my mother and father-in-law were thrilled with the heated floors in the master bath. We would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave!

Baley's place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful wood floors, balcony space off the kitchen and bay window seat in the dining room made the space extra special!

Ellen was a very accommodating host! Place was exactly as shown in photos! Loved the cute decorated place! Communication was excellent and overall experience was wonderful! Thank you for hosting us!

Nice place in a great area. Walking distance to everything you could need. Great views from the living room. We would stay here again for sure

This was the third time I stayed at Patrick’s and it is always an extremely enjoyable experience. From the beautiful view of Lake Michigan, the comfortable accommodations and the close proximity of restaurants and downtown it would be impossible for me to give a higher recommendation. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc in the spring and hope Patrick’s place will be available.

We had a great stay! Matt was a great host—very responsive and proactive with communications and also accommodating to our group. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The house is right near the water and has a nice patio facing it. The only small issue we had were the WiFi being knocked out briefly—quickly fixed with Matt’s help. Would definitely stay again!

Holly and her family have done a great job making the house feel like a home. We stayed here as our home base for a wedding in the area, and this place was perfect. Holly was super responsive, helpful and friendly with communication and helped make our stay feel special :) we didn't have time to use the pool table, but if we did, it is such a nice addition :) we especially liked the spice rack with all sorts of seasonings and spices! we would recommend this house

Felt like we were staying at a family members home. Very cozy and peaceful setting. We brought our dogs and they loved the large and fenced backyard. Plenty of space in the large bedrooms and living room. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook anything you wanted. Host provided thoughtful treats for the dogs, and beverages and coffee. Even had prepared ice balls for beverages that was a nice touch. We loved our stay, worked great for our needs and would return again in the future if needed.

Lexi was an amazing host. Our stay was amazing, such a beautiful home away from home. I felt very comfortable there and the place was extremely clean and well put together. Definitely worth it!

I can see why this duplex is popular! As an Oshkosh native, I needed a place to stay with my husband, 4-month-old baby, and dog while visiting my family for two weeks. The duplex was clean, quiet, safe, and spacious. The living room was perfect for relaxing at night, the dining room table great for card games. Bedrooms had ample closet space. The enclosed porch looks out onto the golf course. It's near highway 41 and anything you'd need: Target, the outlet mall, Festival Foods. A short drive from downtown (check out Caramel Crisp, Planet Perk coffee). Even doggy daycare (Touch of Class) was close by. We appreciate the duplex being pet friendly. To top it off, it comes with basement laundry and a one-car garage that was a boon during our snowy December stay. I would recommend this spot for anyone visiting Oshkosh. It's a great value. The Oshkosh and EAA decor, and Keurig coffee and snacks left for guests, were a nice touch.

Everything was great from check in to checkout. Home was centrally located. Was exactly as described. Would stay again

this was the perfect place for our stay. we wanted a condo with a hot tub so we could relax and hang out. our plan was to spend a good amount of time hanging out and chilling at the BNB, and just go to a couple different places around Sheboygan. this condo was perfect for that. I have no complaints, this place was perfect. if I ever return to Sheboygan, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Brian’s instructions to check in was very good. The condo was very clean and the views were great. Short walks to great restaurants and the beach. Every night we ended our day sitting on the patio looking out at the lake. Definitely a place I’d rent again when I visit Sheboygan.

Susan was exceptionally responsive and inviting. She let us arrive early for our Mother's celebration of life weekend. It was easy to find once you figured out the address and unit numbers. Parking was ideal and plentiful. You can see the beach and lake from the walk out balcony.

As you can see the reviews. This is my 3rd review. I highly recommend Jackie's rental. I have stayed here 3 times during my training period for work. And i would stay there for work or pleasure. Jackie is a great host. And I'm sure i will be staying there again in the future.

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)
