Cozy cabin only a few minutes away from Ellicottville ! It was perfect for our family, children and fur babe! The bunk beds were a huge hit. Sally also made the most cozy touches. Would 100% stay again!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. The flexible checking and out is so nice! Loved that we could bring our dogs. We had a great time!

Came for Mardi Gras weekend in Ellicottville and had an excellent time. The house was absolutely gorgeous, in pristine condition, and was super private!! The location was great too, very close to town and was super peaceful. Melissa was an exceptional host, she was very accommodating and even offered us early check in and late check out if we needed. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

This was our second stay at one of Genevieve's properties. We loved the decor, the comfortable rooms and the very convenient location close to the ski resort and the town of Ellicottville.

Professional, prompt and friendly, correspondence with our host was beyond expectation. I felt very welcomed even prior to our arrival! Kat’s thoughtfulness to each detail of our stay was wonderful and welcomed! Nestled in the heart of a quaint ski town, Kat’s place was truly a hidden gem. I found the interior was better than depicted, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. A well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare hearty meals, while the bedrooms provided cozy retreats with soft linens and mountain-inspired decor. The house’s proximity to town was a highlight, allowing you to stroll to charming shops, restaurants, and après-ski spots. Whether it was the breathtaking scenery, the convenience, or the intimate feel of the home, it became a cherished base for creating family memories. We will definitely look for Kat’s place first when next visiting the area! Thank you!

Emily, and Lucky Day, was so much more than we bargained for, in the best way possible. The campsite was beautiful (the stars!!!), the treats at the bakery were incredible, and everything Emily did to make us feel so at home and comfortable was amazing. I don’t think we could have had a better experience, or a better time. Emily was an incomparable hostess, and we look forward to coming back to visit. Her home is beautiful, and what a gift to be able to share it for even just a night!

The home is gorgeous as is the location! It's private yet close to town. The home was clean and there was a lot of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We absolutely LOVED the heated pool. The kids & adults had a blast swimming all weekend. Since we stayed towards the end of October, the nights and mornings were really cold so we needed the heat. We had trouble getting the heat to work downstairs but they were really responsive and helped walk us through getting it to turn on. Then they sent someone out in the morning to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up properly so we didn't really use it that much. Overall, we had such a wonderful weekend away with friends and would definitely love to come back in the future!

The house was cozy, clean and perfectly located just minutes from downtown and both ski resorts. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was great! This was our second time staying and we loved it!

We loved this place. It worked out so well for my family. It snowed every day, so the skiing was great. The chalet has a level driveway and easy access to the village and slopes. (no steep slippery roads!) It was clean, warm, and cozy with comfortable beds. We hope to return next year.

Second time staying here with our family and dogs. Just as nice as we remembered. The hosts have thought of everything, and the location is so relaxing and peaceful.

Karina’s home was warm and inviting, and her hospitality was spot on as well. The home is much larger than it looks from the outside and gave our kids and dog plenty of room to spread out. We loved having the separate game/rec room (with so many games for adults and kids alike to keep us entertained) and the bedrooms were all perfectly spacious. Karina was very proactive in offering us flexible check in/out, and provided some resources and added flexibility during the snowstorm. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and even a fun Belgian waffle maker, we really had everything we needed! Hope to return again.

Lovely country home! We enjoyed the peace and quiet location, but close to Ellicotville to ski and eat. The dogs loved it too. Very beautiful drive in down to house and very remote with beautiful hillside as a view.

We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and this is one of those places that you don't have to worry about anything related to the owners. They are very responsive, they take good care of the place, everything's well thought out, highly recommend.

Excellent experience staying at Katie’s place. We had a group of 7 for a ski weekend. The home had plenty of room for the group to cook, eat, hang out, and sleep. Everything was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and extremely prompt and responsive host. Short, easy drive to Holiday Valley. Would stay again on future visits. Thanks, Katie!

We had a great stay at Tiffany's for a girls/bachelorette weekend! The house had plenty of room, was clean, and we felt comfortable the whole weekend. I would absolutely book with Tiffany again for a group trip to EVL!
