There’s not enough good words in the dictionary I could use to describe how wonderful our stay was. Before we even arrived, Vicky helped us with recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and instructions for the property including directions incase we got lost! Everyone down to the dog was thought of. The beds were very comfy and the house was spotless. Vicky left the light on for us as we arrived in the evening and the place was toasty and warm inside. Perfect for the cold evening. There wasn’t anything we needed it was all thought of, travel cot for the baby, high chair and milk in the fridge. Whether it was winter or summer this is the perfect family get away. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the outdoors in summer. Highly recommend the barn. Thank you for making our daughter’s first birthday so memorable.

What a location! My family and I have had a wonderful few days in the Cotswolds at this beautiful air bnb. It was spotlessly clean, had every amenity needed, views were outstanding and the location couldn’t have been better for visiting all the local villages and attractions. The hosts were super friendly and responsive too. We will be booking again.

Great stay at Milton under Wychwood. The cottage was ideal and had everything we could want- only thing we would say was a torch for taking out the dogs at night as it can be quite dark (there may be one already but we couldn’t find it!) Really helpful check in instructions and felt like everything had been thought of!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

Beautiful cottage, in stunning surroundings. All pictures and description was as said. Rooms were lovely, beds very, very comfy. Bathroom is huge, which is lovely but the loo just looks lost!! All clean and tidy. Looked complicated to find but all very clear. Did need a taxi to the nearest town, but had good recommendations from our host, although not cheap to go not very far!! Would stay again. Thank you for your great accommodation.

Bex was very helpful always with quick with responses to any questions even when i needed somewhere to stay and didn’t contact her until late in the evening, really enjoyed my stay, nice peaceful area, the annexe is lovely with everything you need! I work night shifts and the animals still didn’t bother me sleeping through the day, would recommend!
