Lovely and cozy base to explore the nearby outdoors and climbing. Everything was well stocked and furnished. Large enough to host a large group living, cooking, and playing together. Host had slow responses, but I am still unsure if that is the software's fault as claimed. Maybe just confirm everything with the host and ask all of your questions before your stay.

Cozy simple grandmas place

We had a great stay. The home was comfortable and very well-furnished. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, so we ended up putting some foam pads on the floor for beds, and the floor space is a little tight for that, but we made it work. The location is great, we walked to the Chow Hound a couple of times, to the grocery store, the rocket park across the street, and the thrift store.

The view is stunning. Near San Rafael and 9 Mile. Small cute place. Only flaw is that there are dogs in the neighborhood. Michelle was excellent. The place was setup very well.

This was our third year staying at The Big House and we were happy as ever. The only thing to know about in your decision-making process is that you're sharing the main space with 7 other bedrooms, so you need to be ready to occasionally take out trash or do some dishes someone else has left behind. But the house is a good deal, close to bouldering and the grocery store. If you want a bit of a walk, you can also walk down Main St for coffee. David and McKette are also wonderful hosts, very responsive but also just kind people. If you're in the Paris room as we were, the mini-fridge is very handy and the jacuzzi is nice for relaxing.
