Alessio greeted us and assisted us with our luggage to the elevator. He explained everything about the apartment and also provided a guide book with local restaurants, wine vars, groceries, etc. He was gave us his phone in case we needed anything. He was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciate d that. The apartment was lovely and comfortable just as the photos.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato un weekend in questo splendido alloggio molto vicino dalla stazione. Ivana è un host impeccabile, ci ha subito accolti calorosamente. La casa è risultata essere accogliente, molto pulita e silenziosa. Completa di ogni necessità. Grazie di tutto e a presto!

Allgemein sehr schöne Unterkunft, entspricht den Fotos. Wir konnten gratis direkt bei der Unterkunft parken, da Nebensaison war. Lage top um in der Umgebung zu wandern oder an den Strand zu gehen. Der Bahnhof war 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Von dort kann man sehr einfach z.B. Cinque Terre besuchen. Haustür direkt an Strasse, man muss etwas aufpassen mit Autos. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet zum selber kochen. Dank Heizung auch im Winter warm. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Gianni has one of the most amazing homes in Parma. The location could not be more central, and he did an amazing job of helping me check in and provide amazing local recommendations. If ever in a Parma, I would love to stay here again. Immaculate place with every for a comfortable stay. WiFi was huge for me and working. Gianni, I wish you the best, and thanks for being a wonderful host!

Giulia and her parents have been very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is as described and in perfect conditions, clean and with everything needed. It's super well connected and from the train station you can walk to the city center or jump on a train or bus to reach all corners of the Bologna surrouding areas. Finally it feels refreshing to stay in a place that is managed by a family, has a personal touch and you feel taken care of ...much better than all the other anonymous real estate agencies of Bologna.

This was a beautiful apartment in a sweet part of town. We had everything we needed and if we didn’t - it was provided for when asked. The area is easily walkable to the historic parts and there are grocery stores close by. We loved Florence and hope to be back again!

Wir waren für vier Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft von Filippo. Die Anreise und der Check-In waren problemlos. Parken in der Garage war unmöglich, weil die Rampe zu steil war und unser Wagen (Tesla 3) aufsetzte. Filippo nannte uns eine Straße, in der wir in der Nähe umsonst parken konnten. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, es war fantastisch ruhig in der Nacht. Man muss aber wissen, dass es kein Bett gibt sondern nur ein Schlafsofa. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Das Bad ist Top. Die Küchenecke eng. Dafür gibt es draußen eine cool Veranda mit Sofa und Tisch. Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufhenthalt positiv.

Cozy and warm stay! In this region, most accommodations in the winter season are cold, damp, and lack heating. But this place was so cozy! It was so warm that we even had to open the windows. We didn’t freeze, and everything else was great too. A very lovely house!

Il soggiorno nell’alloggio di Chiara e Sergio è stato all’altezza delle nostre aspettative. La casa trovata in ottima pulizia e con tutto il necessario. Si sono rivelati ottimi host sia per la flessibilità di orari che per la pronta risposta ad ogni richiesta. Infine, Grazie per aver messo a disposizione il gioco “Battaglia navale”: ha rispolverato ricordi e intrattenuto le serate in famiglia. :) Consiglio a tutti

Great house close to everything in Rapallo. If you are not used to Italian driving, it may be a little challenging to get to. We were rained it for one day and it was a very cozy place to be. The hosts are amazing-the nicest people with great recommendations. We can't wait to visit again!

May have been my best Airbnb experience ever. Alessandro and his cousin were extremely hospitable and answered any questions I had. Regardless of what time of year you go, the views are unmatched. Amazing hiking right near the cottage and close supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend this stay!

Wir haben uns in Viktors Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und das Aibnb in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Viktor war sehr flexibel was den Check-in betroffen hat, wir konnten schon um 11. 00 Uhr einchecken. Auch hat er uns Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir könnem dieses Airbnb gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne authentische Unterkunft. Für Liebhaber der Authentizität sehr zu empfehlen. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl auf reisen wenn es sich wie zuhause sich anfühlt und nicht in kalten leblosen modernen Einrichtungen. Dieses Unterkunft hat wirklich die wärme und Herzlichkeit ausgestrahlt. Liebevolle Details wie z.b. Lavendel Blüten im Schlafzimmer. Im Umgebung kann man einige Wanderungen unternehmen und der kleine Dörfchen ist super ruhig und sehr sehr klein. We die Ruhe und Stille in der Natur mag - das ist die richtige Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber Familie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen ❤️

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

Très bel appartement. Pratique et fonctionnel. Tout à fait conforme à la description. Très bel accueil . Alessandro est un hôte attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes. Très réactif aux demandes formulées. Le golfe Tigullio proposent de nombreux sites à visiter et de belles plages facilement accessibles. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour en région Ligurie.

Casa molto molto spaziosa, pulita e ordinata. Vista mozzafiato e giardino molto ben curato. Posto auto assegnato a due passi dalla uscita di casa. Unico difetto ma di poco conto sono le stradine molto strette per arrivare alla casa.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.
