We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Die Unterkunft von Romina ist kurz gesagt.... ein kleines und mit liebe gepflegtes Juwel. Da es bei unserer Ankunft eher kühl war, hatte Romina das Haus "vorgeheizt" und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich, das wunderschöne Schlafzimmer, welches einen guten schlaf garantiert, all das hatte uns sehr gefallen.

La casetta di Eleonora è una struttura immersa nella natura lontano da qualunque “disturbo” esterno. Se cercate un luogo con queste caratteristiche dove staccare completamente dal mondo, questa è la scelta giusta. Sarete nel mezzo del parco delle foreste casentinesi con diversi view point nei paraggi. La casetta ha tutto l’essenziale e ciò che ci si può attendere da una casa di montagna. Attenzione perché in casa non c’è copertura di rete mobile, con alcuni operatori bisogna allontanarsi qualche metro fuori dalle mura, ma a mio avviso ciò rappresenta un vantaggio :) Eleonora e suo marito coppia TOP

Geweldige locatie, woning ligt zeer rusting. Keurige ontvangst. Auto kan je niet voor de deur parkeren. Bagage dien je via trap/helling naar de woning te brengen. Geen probleem. De eigenaar bood aan om te helpen met de bagage. Woning ligt in een klein bergdorpje, voorzieningen zoals supermarkt liggen in een dorpje op enige afstand. Je kan niet zonder auto op deze lokatie. Leuke woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabel. Woning was keurig schoongemaakt.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s place. It was within walking distance to everything. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was just as described and Francesco and his team went over and above to allow us to check in early and store our luggage when we had to check out. They were so friendly and easy to work with. This Airbnb has an elevator and it has about 1 and a half flight of stairs up to the location. Once again, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the walk ability of its location as well as the kindness of the hosts. Thank you so much!

Alloggio super pulito e ordinato, molto bello. In casa c'era tutto il necessario, sia in bagno che in cucina. Giuseppina ci ha fatto trovare tutto per la colazione, tisane e acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Comunicare con Giuseppina è stato facile, lei è molto disponibile e precisa. Esperienza estremamente positiva.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Simone and Filippo’s was very good. The place is perfectly located and very quiet, with a beautiful terrasse looking on the roofs of Firenze and Santa Croce. The apartment is clean and has a lot of charm. It is very comfortable and has all you need. Simone was very helpful, welcomed us very nicely and gave us clear instructions for checking and checkout. I can only recommend this place for a memorable stay in Firenze.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place and location for our first time in Florence. The rooftop was a bonus and had exceptional views. It was a great way to end each night up there. We could walk everywhere from the Airbnb. We felt very safe. The apartment was very clean so cute, so quaint. I really can’t say great things about it. Massimo was incredibly amazing as well. He waited for us outside the Airbnb to make sure we got in ok, showed us around, and gave us a little gift before leaving.

It felt a little strange not to hear back from the host for days ahead of our stay, but this said, we got all the info in time and everything went smoothly. The place is really exceptional. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and well thought through. I would love to stay there again!

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Eravamo uno storico gruppo di amici composto di 12 persone. La casa è grandissima e molto attrezzata con diversi spazi comuni dove è possibile ritrovarsi comodamente insieme. Il terrazzo e la vista sono spettacolari. Una casa lussuosa che ci ha permesso un soggiorno splendido in bella compagnia.

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Any question we had he answered straight away. The villa was lovely, peaceful and the views were amazing. When we arrived at the villa Mario was there to meet us. He then drove us to the supermarket and helped us with our shopping, he couldn’t have been more helpful! The bus stop is just up the road so getting into Florence was easy. At the end of our holiday Mario drove us to the airport as we were having trouble getting a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a holiday to remember! Thank you Lorenzo & Mario
