Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

Very clean, matches description, make sure to do any checkins between 4 & 8pm because he mutes his phone so when we checked in it was late & we had an issue with door code & he had his phone on do not disturb. This being said he made things right & they were very kind & pleasant. Apartment is shared wall with a house & you can hear when they are home but it is not overly noisy. Quiet neighborhood in a ritzy area. Would definitely book here again in future travels.

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Perfect location for access to Pungo lake and lake Mattamuskeet and alligator national wildlife refuge. Quiet location, easy access to Conaby creek if you want to go kayaking. I will definitely return.

This was an absolute beautiful place. Everything was exactly exactly like the description super clean. Everything you needed was right there highly recommend if you’re in the area to look at this property. I definitely will be staying here again next time I’m down this way. It’s perfect. You’re far enough away from the city but yet close enough to everything you need.

Rene’s home was breathtaking. From early morning sunrises to witnessing full moon rise over the horizon. Beautiful and peaceful much needed from the chaos of life. Easy access to Williamsburg from the ferry small restaurants scattered throughout the county. Friends and family love the place so much that Rene‘s information was passed on for future stays. Thank you for reaching out with clear instructions, door codes along with prompt communications during the stay. I look forward to booking again this beautiful home.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.
