Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

We had an amazing stay at Chris’s place. The place was perfect for our family visit to Binghamton. Beautiful house. Just as described. Great hosts. Great communication . Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

Our first trip to Greek Peak for our son's 10th bday snowboarding trip. Kelly's home was perfect for our family of 3, was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day weekend stay! Our son enjoyed hanging out in the loft and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The view of the slopes was a nice bonus hanging out in the evening when its lit up for night riding. We enjoyed the house and will definitely be staying in the future! Thanks again!!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Lex was really helpful and accommodating! This house was great for a large family with small children. We loved that there was two different living spaces to hang out in.

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

Such a nice house! I loved everything about this place! Sally the host was really kind, helpful and responsive. inside the house came with everything that you needed and made you feel like you were at home. The downstairs queen bed was my favorite and the sheets and pillows were really luxurious. I really enjoyed taking my daughter to the farm to walk around to see the cows, chickens, and pony. I definitely will book this place again. don't hesitate to book this property, You won't be disappointed.

We stayed for 5 nights. The place is spacious, clean and tidy. It’s also well located in a quite neighborhood and an easy walk to Cornell. Randi and John are very friendly and helpful.

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! The place itself is very clean and has everything you’ll need for the perfect getaway. The kitchen is stocked for preparing meals, the furniture is comfortable, and the view is amazing! There’s even a washer and dryer incase you need it. Not only was there a beautiful Mountain View, we also got to enjoy the sight of highland cows in the distance! We definitely recommend booking this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Alexa’s place was fantastic! Having our own space that allowed dogs was important to us and not only was this place dog friendly, but Alexa keeps dog toys and beds there so our dogs felt right at home. It felt like being in your own home with everything available to us. We will definitely be back again!

Herbert’s Blue House is lovely. Clean, cozy and peaceful. There were snacks, coffee, tea, toiletries and very helpful chicken notes! We felt right at home. Herbert was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. Thank you for having us!

We had to make a last-minute trip to Ithaca with the family. Melissa confirmed quickly and was available for any questions we had. The place is nicely situated on the lake, and very relaxing and peaceful with nice water views. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Rita's home is a cozy little home in a beautiful area that's perfect for a long or short stay! It's an a nice, safe area, and Rita is such a friendly and welcoming host and is also very quick to respond to any questions or messages. I cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Denise's home was clean, peaceful, and beautiful for my quick weekend getaway. She was very helpful and responsive prior to, during, and after my trip. Excellent host & excellent home!

Lovely spot for my family with two young kids to stay - easily accessible to great hikes and food options, a 15 minute walk to the commons, many grocery stores (and a great bakery) nearby, and super comfortable for the family to sleep, eat, and play. Andrea kindly left out toys for the kids and we loved having drinks in the backyard. Highlight activities were Buttermilk Falls hike, Teaghannock falls hike and lake beach, Treman swimming hole, Watkins Glenn, the National Soaring Museum, the Science Center, and Stewart Park. Best meals were at The Rook, Lev Kitchen, and Thompson and Bleecker (plus baked goods at Wide Awake bakery, but beware their limited hours!). Hope we can come back to Ithaca again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this dog-friendly and family-friendly Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to get to and situated in a lovely area. One of the highlights was the beautiful, large backyard—perfect for walking our dog and enjoying some outdoor time. Communication with the host was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Tom and Marina’s place was great for our needs in Binghamton. Easy to check in, hosts were responsive, and the place was clean when we arrived. They had also left a few snacks and fresh ground coffee. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a lovely, peaceful place with plenty of character and coziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are amenities not listed/shown (a couch and TV, e.g.). It snowed during our visit, and Lucinda helped us get our non-4WD car parked and cleared. Truly above and beyond!
