Great place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Short, easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about it. Mike was quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and relaxing get away!

The gated entrance is reassuring and gives a sense of safety and security. There was also a well put together binder with a lot of helpful information about the area. The place (uncluding the outside area) was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Host is incredibly responsive. I loved the view from the windows! Many beaches to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. I would certainly stay again. A couple notes in case it's important to someone: 1. The shower head doesn't produce much water pressure and doesn't come out of the head correctly. It was sort of spattering in all directions. 2. There is no Snorkeling equipment as the listing suggests. Overall, it was a great short stay with wonderful hosts and, as stated earlier, I would stay again.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental and for us, it was the perfect rental! The place was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, making it feel just like home. It was located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing. I loved that it was only an 8-10 minute walk to the beach—super convenient! Teresa was incredibly kind. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway!

We enjoyed our stay for an overdue return to Siesta Key. Place was great for small family. We usually drove to beach, but walked a few times. Only 15 minutes. Used the provided beach wagon, chairs, cooler every day. Nice pool on the property, too. Great view of the Inter-coastal.

This was a nice place with good size rooms. The kitchen had all of the kitchen tools and appliances needed to prepare a variety of meals. It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to walk with low traffic. It is nicely located for areas I like to visit, both the beaches and inland areas. There was a plumbing problem on the day I arrived and Anna responded very quickly and everything was fixed rapidly.

Boris is very easy to work with. We used the place mainly to sleep. We were visiting friends in the area. Would stay here again.

Nicole place was nice and clean , plenty of room except bathroom a bit to tiny !

My son and his best friend stayed in Unit A recently and had a terrific time. Unit A is nicely appointed and updated, and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We especially enjoyed the updated kitchen and the nice deck right out the front door. The deck is a super peaceful place to sit, and we saw many different birds from there including nesting Ospreys and a large American Egret that landed right on the deck railing while we were out there. The common area amenities are fantastic - table tennis, bean toss, and a super nice area to grill out and enjoy the space with friends or our neighbors in the same building as we did several times. We had such a good time that we're planning a return trip next year. Very highly recommended!!

Beautiful property and so close to turtle beach. Near the end of a dead end, so not a lot of traffic. Unit was stocked with everything we needed and the common room full of beach and water gear is so thoughtful for those of us that fly in from out of town. thanks for a great stay!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in North Fort Myers! The location was ideal, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere perfect for a long stay. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I found myself getting restful sleep every night. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were super friendly, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. From providing helpful local recommendations to responding quickly to any inquiries, the level of hospitality was exceptional. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in North Fort Myers. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

My family and I stayed over the weekend and it was fantastic for us. I have a 24' boat which fit on the slip they offered across the street. My trailer also fit in the driveway which was nice. Unit was clean and worked for our needs. Check in process was very simple and we were able to check in early which was great! As a fisherman id have loved a hose on the house or bib right under the stairs but thats a small thing and if we come back I will just bring one to hook up for easy rinsing of the fishing gear. All in all it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We've stayed at Indigo at the Beach for spring break two years in a row with our daughters. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Corinna and Tim are super nice and communicative. And the place is spotless and has all the fixings for a day at the beach, a home cooked meal, or anything else you'd want to do on vacation. The pool is also lovely.

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Suzette and John’s place was a great place to stay for our vacation. It is next to the Legacy Trail, which we used almost every day to walk, run or ride bikes. The condo complex is quiet with a nice pool. John was very responsive to any questions we had and met with us upon arrival and showed us around. This is a great unit and we would definitely stay here again.

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..
