Beautiful large room,overlooking Hastings.The building is historical and very interesting.The shower was powerful .It was lovely to have a fridge in the room,to store milk for our hot drinks.Would definitely stay again and the fact there’s parking at the accommodation is a massive plus

This is a lovely place. We were very happy with the location, there is a convenience store very close, and it is well stocked. The view is beautiful-we walked to restaurants- internet is fast, shower works great. Warm heated floors. There were no paper towels, but there was towels for dishes and counters, and salt n pepper, and the thing we most appreciated was the coffee pods they provided-we thoroughly enjoyed this place, and we will stay again as this is a main cruise port.

Foram 5 dias magníficos passados em Londres!! A casa é exatamente como nas fotografias, muito acolhedora, com tudo o que podemos precisar numa estadia. Cozinha totalmente equipada, camas super confortáveis, sala de estar acolhedora, muitos bons acessos para a cidade, linhas de metro muito proximas e diretas a praticamente todas as principais atrações de Londres. Tivemos todas as informações necessárias por parte do alojamento, check in super acessível e suporte durante toda a estadia. Recomendo vivamente este alojamento para quem queira passar uns dias descansados em Londres 😊

Place was lovely and clean. Great area for dogs with Acton Park at the bottom of the street. Communication with host was very good

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Raphael ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben und sieht auch aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll modernisierter Altbau mit schönen Holzdielen, die zwar stellenweise knarzen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, auch das Bett war bequem. Anfänglich roch es in dem Schlafzimmer etwas feucht, aber nach lüften und beheizen war alles in Ordnung. Besonders gut hat mir der große Philips Smart-TV mit Ambilight gefallen und die Soundbar mit dem tollen Sound. Das WLAN war auch sehr schnell und stabil. Bei den Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung an der Straße hatten wir auch Glück und haben immer etwas freies gefunden. Über das Willkommenspaket in Form von Buchweizenplätzchen und je einer Flasche Cidre und Wasser haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Lieben Dank. Und Danke für den schönen und sehr empfehlenswerten Aufenthalt!

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay here! Mary was super helpful and the place was immaculately prepared. The breakfast stocking made for a very nice touch, and the neighborhood is a nice area. Very good value for the money and I would highly recommend

Claire's place was great for our needs and had a real country feel to it! We needed to be near the International Exhibition Centre, and it was the perfect location (only 1p mins drive). Ample space, 4 bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, sitting room to chill out and chat and dining room to gather and have dinner all together. Plenty of parking space as well. Most importantly Claire was always responsive whenever we had any questions and needed help. Thank you for welcoming us to your home.

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

Magda is simply the best Air BNB host in the world. I have used Air BNB for years but she is the best. I had a couple of minor hiccups on this stay and she 1) helped out at 11pm on a Saturday night; and 2) let me in straight away after I had locked myself out (doh!). No better host out there. She should be running The Ritz !

Thank you Maria and Graham for a lovely stay in your wonderful home. We had a fabulous holiday and the house was the perfect base for everyone. The setting was idyllic and house was spacious and had everything we could want. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub! We would recommend to anyone.

Jen est une hôte très réactive et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé, avec de bons accès aux transports en commun pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Nous serions ravis de revenir si nous repassons à Londres. Merci aussi pour le petit déjeuner, c'est une attention très appréciée ! ✨

We stayed at Carl’s place for the night to attend a party. It was perfect for what we needed for a short stay. Beautifully clean and quiet. A short walk from the beautiful beaches and not far from the shops. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. You will need to bring your own oil and condiments as well as soap but everything else was provided. Carl was very kind and asked what milk we preferred so there was some in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside is the sofa bed, I don’t think an adult could sleep on it for more than one night as it’s incredibly uncomfortable- as sofa beds can be unfortunately. Other than that it was all great.

really lovely place 5 stars ever so helpful and friendly yes we are booked to go back again Spencer and Tracey and little marley the dog. and are dog friendly and 2 minute walk to the beach. beach has a pool bin for dog poo and beach dog friendly

Tony was a great host and made us feel welcome on our arrival. It was the coldest weekend in 12 months, and when requested an extra heater was provided. facilities were fine for a short stay. The location is walkable to central Weymouth, past some lovely coastal views and in easy reach of the Jurrasic Coast (you will need a car)

Lovely apartment, very cozy and perfect to read a book on the sofa with the lighting. First time being in Brighton so wasn't sure what to expect, however the apartment felt comfortable and homely. It was decorated amazingly, I definitely got some inspiration on how to decorate my own home. The only small fault, which was no fault of the owners, was the lack of parking nearby, so it ended up being quite costly. However the place was perfect for a mini break, thankyou:)))

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay in Pippa’s place with my family this weekend. Really good value for such a lovely place. Had the best weekend exploring the Devon coastline. Plenty of places to surf and eat. The place was clean, spacious and really well stocked. I usually carry a lot of ‘utilities’ with me when travelling but I didn’t need any of them in Pippa’s place. Was also really nice to be able to properly unpack as there is ample storage space. My children loved it too!

The place is fantastic, and Jason was so helpful. I highly recommend it!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Second time staying at Neil’s place. It’s well appointed and comfortable. Self check in is very easy and free parking right outside on the street. Neil is a responsive and accommodating host.
