Kerstin was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at her house. We would gladly stay again.

our son got married about 6 miles from home location. The house was spacious, well stocked, well kept. Although we were on and out, the time we were there was enjoyable. I would like to go back without a jam packed event, and really get to enjoy the area.

Stayed 5 days to attend a funeral. Was very comfortable. Loved that it was not far from Pearl River Resort! Hit 2 jackpots while I was there!

The house is beautiful, inside kept very well, love the older furniture and the pool table at the entrance, bathrooms spotless, kitchen well equipped, lots of couches to rest, the outside windmill was an unusual sound when it was windy, but you could not hear it from the main bedroom, there were 2 large black super friendly dogs to welcome us the first day. Be careful if you have a low rider vehicle when you back up from the carport, the “lip” is tricky, only for low cars. Absolutely peaceful area, no traffic. It was a good stay. Thank you Melanie 😊

3 travelers - girlfriend weekend. The home was perfect for us. It is a large spacious home sitting on a beautiful street near downtown Laurel. It is well stocked with linens, coffee, tea and snacks. The home is decorated with local art and has a sweet Laurel Home Town vibe. We would absolutely stay again!

Melanie was a great host, her property was loaded with amenities and lots of extras. Definitely worth a repeat trip.

A nice spot over looking the pond. We only stayed the night, but would be nice to spend a few days here. Seems relaxing and there is lots to do without leaving the compound. 10/10 would reccomend.

We really felt at home and Faye's place. She is so sweet and let us check in early since severe weather was coming and we were cycling in. The house is spacious with some beautiful details, like the gorgeous headboard in the master bedroom, and the master shower has an old-school shower head that provides strong flow to massage sore muscles at the end of the day! Faye left some snacks for us and even a brand-new flashlight and LED push light in case the power went out during the storm. We appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer, and Faye had detergent and spot remover too. This place is a block and a half from the Trace--so convenient--and Faye gave us recommendations for eating and shopping in town. There are restaurants in Bassfield that aren't on the map apps, and you can buy some produce at the Dollar General too, so know that Bassfield is a good stop on the Trace! We stayed two nights and biked to Prentiss and back as our day 3 cycling the Trace. Highly recommend.
