Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, άνετος, καθαρός,ευρύχωρος, είχε ότι χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης και με το παραπάνω, ζεστό περιβάλλον, πολύ καλή ποιότητα σε κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες είδη μπάνιου και επίσης εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση.Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κεντρική, βρίσκεις τα πάντα σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων.Σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, καφέ, μπαρ, μέχρι και έναν όμορφο φούρνο στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας, με μεγάλη ποικιλία προιόντων.Ο οικοδεσπότης Βασίλης, απαντούσε άμεσα, ήταν ευγενέστατος, εξυπηρετικός, ανταποκρίθηκε σε κάθε μας ερώτημα και απορία άμεσα και μας επέτρεψε ευέλικτη αναχώρηση το οποίο εκτίμησα πολύ.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Είναι άνετο καθαρό σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές, εύκολο πάρκινγκ απέξω και σε απόσταση που περπατιέται άνετα ως το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι εύκολο να το βρείς και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξυπηρετικός σε όλα

πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα, όμορφα ανακαινισμένο, καλή τοποθεσία, εύκολο πάρκινγκ, καθαρό, ήσυχο με θέα. Γενικά όλα τα διαμερίσματα στα Γιάννενα ανά περιόδους είναι διαχρονικά ακριβά αλλά αυτό αξίζει.

Εξαιρετική Διαμονή! Βρέθηκα στα Ιωάννινα για ένα σεμινάριο και η διαμονή μου στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, όμορφα διακοσμημένος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, προσφέροντας όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμουν σε με μια ιδιαίτερα ζεστή και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική για χαλάρωση, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στον χώρο του σεμιναρίου και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων. Η κα Χριστίνα ήταν εξαιρετική- ευγενική, φιλική και διαθέσιμη να απαντήσει στις ερωτήσεις μας ή να μας προτείνει μέρη για φαγητό και διασκέδαση. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το κατάλυμα τόσο για επαγγελματικά ταξίδια όσο και για αναψυχή. Αν ξαναβρεθώ στην περιοχή, θα είναι σίγουρα η πρώτη μου επιλογή!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat alles beinhaltet was man braucht. Ins Zentrum braucht man circa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Cafés und ein Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und ich würde immer wieder kommen :)

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα στην Πρέβεζα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη εξόρμηση από την πρωτεύουσα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε παραλίες και αξιοθέατα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία και άνεση στην Πρέβεζα!

Καθαρός χώρος, άνετος, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ και ψητοπωλείο. Στα δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεται το νοσοκομείο Χατζηκώστα,άνετο πάρκιγκ κάτω από το σπίτι. 'Ολα εξαιρετικά!

George and Kathrin are amazing hosts with great understanding of a persons accommodation. They greeted me with warmth and comfort and for that I will be favouring their place at preveza for my future trips there !

Elena’s place was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in the center of Ioannina. ALOT of restaurants and bars that are walking distance!

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.

Checkin was smooth following the clear instruction. Room was clean and quite. Finding a parking place sometimes could be challenging.

We had a really great stay at Soustas apartments. A two minute easy walk to centre of Loggos, almost next door to the supermarket so very very convenient. Clean, comfortable and the perfect base. Highly recommend! Thank you to all at Soustas!

Leí alguna mala crítica en otras plataformas, pero la verdad es un alojamiento muy tranquilo, limpio y bonito. A pocos metros de la calle principal, pero muy tranquilo por la noche. La playa tambien es accesible a pie, pero no es demasiado bonita. Algunas cosas a mejorar, por ejemplo las mosquiteras. Hay unas de quita y pon, pero se cuelan los mosquitos. Afortunadamente hay muchos comercios en la zona donde comprar repelente, a precio razonable. Las camas individuales son muy pequeñas y bastante incomodas. Y las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes, pero la piscina y el bar son un plus. Muy buena relación calidad-precio en general.

We really enjoyed our stay in the very quiet, spacious flat, only half a minute's walk from the port and close to the supermarket. The three balconies were a real plus and the peace and quiet was wonderful. We only needed the air conditioning at night and it worked perfectly with a minimum of noise which was not disturbing (which is rare in my experience!). Having the pool to ourselves was an unexpected bonus! The kitchen has a handy mini-dishwasher. The bathroom is rather basic and difficult to keep dry while showering, but that did not outweigh the benefits of this flat. Sia is a very friendly and generous host who made our stay very pleasant!

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

Bon séjour: notre hote s'est montré accueillant et disponible. Endroit calme, jardin avec piscine agréable. Logement climatisé correct avec un petit extérieur agréable.

We zijn twee weken op het resort geweest, en het was een heerlijke vakantie. Mooi resort, ontzetten vriendelijke mensen die ons hart gestolen hebben. De ouders van Fanys kunnen heerlijk koken en halen veel van de ingredienten uit hun eigen moestuin. Veel leuke dingen gedaan in de omgeving: paardrijden, scooters gehuurd, gesnorkeld, veel gezommmen in de mooie zee. De prachtige kustweg tussen corfu stad en Alykes beach is een aanrader om met de scooter te volgen en hier en daar te stoppen bij een mooi strandje of een mooie taverne. Kortom: echt een aanrader!
