Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, υπέροχα διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται μια διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία ενδείκνυται για δραστηριότητες στο βουνό, μιας και ολόγυρα εκτείνονται υπέροχα βουνά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμέναμε.

Wij hadden een geweldige tijd in de prachtige accommodatie van Vasilis. Het huis is brandschoon en gezellig ingericht. werkelijk alles was aanwezig: een schaal fruit, thee, verschillende soorten koffie, melk, brood, beschuiten, confituur, eieren, kruiden, wasmachine met wasmiddel, afwasmachine met pods.... alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden er direct een thuisgevoel! Het uitzicht is werkelijk fenomenaal! je kijkt uit over het meer van Ioannina, dit is zowel overdag als ' s avonds als de lichtjes branden prachtig. Ook waren er nog de plaatselijk vriendelijke katjes die ons iedere dag kwamen begroeten. De ligging van het huisje is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Vikoskloof en Ioannina. Kortom dit is een verblijf om nooit te vergeten. Bedankt Vasilis!

Incredible stay at Venetian House. Nestled at the top of the hill above Lakka, with beautiful views over Paxos towards the sea. You definitely need a car and the road is quite steep, but it’s a small price to pay for the solitude the villa offers. Surrounded by olive groves, pine trees, etc. this is about as peaceful as it gets. Andreas was incredibly helpful during our stay, helping us book a car and meeting us at the port when we arrived. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in — would highly recommended.

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. Mereu in concedii ne-a făcut placere să fim vizitați de prieteni la un grătar sau la un pahar de vin. Acest lucru NU ESTE PERMIS AICI și poate crea o neplăcere. În general am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Cuptorul cu microunde nu funcț bine și a fost schimbat imediat Recomand uleiul produs de Georgios. Am primit o musaca gătită de Rania foarte gustoasa. Plimbarea gratuita cu barca oferita de G a fost plăcută. si plina de informații interesante. Atitudinea foarte prietenoasa

Appartement très agréable avec vue campagne et mer, propre, bien équipé, belle terrasse. Natalie est très réservée et fait son maximum pour répondre aux demandes des locataires, avec gentillesse. Le rapport qualité prix est bon, et je recommanderais cette location, sous réserve de bien régler à l'avance la question du trajet du port à la maison. Il faut écarter l'idée de le faire à pied (surtout avec des valises). Et pourtant au mois de septembre, nous n'avions au port ni taxi, ni loueur disponible. Heureusement , Nathalie pouvait nous amener , et a même in extrémis trouvé un loueur disposant d'un petit véhicule.

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt bei Petros. Die Kommunikation lief wunderbar und er reagierte sehr flexibel auf unsere Anfragen. Alles war wie beschrieben, tolles Studioappartment mit schönem Blick und Garten. Immer wieder gerne!

This house was absolutely perfect — even better than described! It’s much more spacious than it looks in the photos, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We travel often, and this has truly been the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent two weeks here with our two young children, and it immediately felt like home. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. From the stunning view and fully stocked kitchen to the cozy, comfortable beds — everything was just perfect. The garden is also a dream, a peaceful and beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Maria is a fantastic host — warm, generous, and thoughtful. She welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Her care and attention made our stay even more special. Highly, highly recommended!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και ολοκαίνουριος και τα πάντα τακτοποιημένα! Ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκαμε, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα φιλικός και διαθέσιμος να μας βοηθήσει. Ο καναπές και το κρεβάτι ήταν πολυ άνετα. Ακόμη το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμαστε. Σας προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα να το επισκεφτείτε!

Great host, very helpful and responsive to our questions. We were looking for a place where we can feel at home and cook whenever we like or go to grab a bite outside. Perfect for both. The place is on a walkable distance from Bela Vraka Beach and very close to the harbour where you can rent a boat.

Το σπίτι ήταν στον 2ο όροφο όπου ανεβαίνεις με σκάλες δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, εμάς αυτό δεν μας ενόχλησε όμως! Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς! Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν καθαριότητα και το αγαπημένο μου είχε καλοριφέρ για να ζεσταθείς το βράδυ! Έχει επίσης πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι να καθίσεις έξω. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καινούργιο σφουγγάρι κουζίνας. Παρόλα αυτά αν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο σπίτι το οποίο είναι μόλις 9 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο!! Το συνιστώ!

Wonderful place, very quite at end of season but people so friendly. Only stayed 6 days but linen and towels changed. Very little English but regularly offered us coffee or juice. Local bar small but nice and friendly, food limited. Panorama restaurant at the top of the hill served very good. Parga supplied every thing we needed, food drink other provisions and entertainment. The end of October seems like the perfect time to visit

Overall a very nice accommodation. Perfect location near the port and all the renting boats company. Thanks x

This place is really good. Location is amazing close to both beach and restaurants. The terrace is very nice and spacious. Dimitri's uncle greated me and helped me to find a parking space. He explained what was needed to be known about the area and the flat. Kitchen has the basic needs for cooking. They also have an umbrella if needed for the beach. Very good value.

I had a great time staying at Christos’s apartment. He was super welcoming and very helpful and more than happy to support me in any way he could! 1000% would recommend

Ev Mükemmel derecede temiz, bakımlı ve zevkli bir şekilde döşenmiş.. Yataklar çok rahattı ve daire sessiz bir mahallede bulunuyor. Huzur doluydu, bu yüzden gerçekten iyi uyuduk. Meyve ağaçlarıyla birlikte doğayla iç içeydik. Mükemmel bir deniz manzarası , limanda gemiler ve orman manzarası vardı. Son derece büyüleyiciydi. Ve akşamüstü muhteşem günbatımını seyrettik. Fiyat performans uyumu çok iyi. Ayrıca ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi, bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi! Teşekkür ederiz!! :)) Seneye tekrar geleceğiz! 😊 Bu evi şiddetle öneriyorum. Gerçekten Olağanüstü! ..

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα στην Πρέβεζα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη εξόρμηση από την πρωτεύουσα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε παραλίες και αξιοθέατα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία και άνεση στην Πρέβεζα!

Wir waren begeistert und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Betreuung und Information rund um Check in / Check out waren reibungslos. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bilden. Bestens ausgestattet und mit netten Kleinigkeiten für den ersten Tag versehen. Hier kann man sich zuhause fühlen. Vielen Dank!!

Very nice place, clean and warm. Mr Vangelis was so polite and flexible. Really beautiful and warm welcome. Wi fi was perfect. It was such a good accommodation that we are looking forward for our next visit.

Ο χώρος είναι πολύ μικρός. Παρόλα αυτά για να δεις τα Γιάννενα αποτελεί μία καλή λύση αν σκοπεύεις να μείνεις για λίγες μέρες. Το δωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειαστείς και η επικοινωνία με την Έλπη είναι πολύ καλή.

Thank you for an excellent stay; Maria was super friendly, helpful and flexible. We arrived late in the evening but Maria was happy to meet us in person and immediately made us feel welcome. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need, including thoughtful touches like bottles of mineral water and coffee for the morning. The large sitting room was a great social space with well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. Thank you so much for an excellent stay Maria, we hope to see you again soon!

Είναι άνετο καθαρό σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές, εύκολο πάρκινγκ απέξω και σε απόσταση που περπατιέται άνετα ως το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι εύκολο να το βρείς και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξυπηρετικός σε όλα

καθαρά και σε ήσυχο μέρος, ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση.
