What a beautiful caravan in a beautiful setting. Peaceful, near the lake. All of the amenities you need and a lovely welcome basket of goodies too. Samantha was very responsive to questions even before we booked up! Thank you!

Great stay at the Lookout Lodge! Jo was always on hand to provide help and the facilities have everything you need. Brilliant views and a relaxing time had! Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

An outstanding property! Emma was a fantastic host, responding to any queries and providing spotless accommodation with added touches like treats and staples that were greatly appreciated. The location was beautiful surrounded by the lakes which we enjoyed whilst chilling in the lovely warm hot tub. The park facilities had lots to offer and all of our three children aged 16, 13 and 10, all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We highly recommend a visit!

Lovely lodge in serene setting - very very quiet on single track road. Cycle paths very close. Sherwood pines centre close. Great stay with two grandchildren and family called in.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Having never been to Lincolnshire this was a first, the lodge looked great and we weren’t disappointed! The location is incredible, so close to beautiful park (jubilee gardens). The site the lodge is on, is clean, spacious and just incredibly peaceful and scenic. The hot hub is a great addition! The pictures don’t do the lodge itself justice, immaculately clean, with so much room. The beds were comfy and the bunk beds were a massive hit with my little one. All the bedding was fresh and pillows lovely. TVs in all rooms! Robes and soft towels! Lovely furnishings! We can’t recommend this beautiful lodge in such a beautiful location anymore! Emma was clear and checked in pre and post check outs. We will definitely stay again and woodhall spa is special place now for us! Thank you ❤️

It was amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet beautiful. Hot tub, cabin, area everything was just what we needed to relax. Area was great just we had not enough time to see everything will be coming back as soon as possible to see it all. I can recommend this place to everyone.

Just returned from a lovely weekend in the lodge. The lodge was very cosy, lovely log burner. Private and peaceful location. All amenities provided. Would definitely return.

Very comfortable cabin in a lovely secluded position

We were a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog and Sharon’s cabin was lovely and clean and perfect for a few days away. It was kitted with everything we needed and more but the smart TV, reclining sofas, electric fireplace and the coffee machine were such a bonus. Sharon was very quick to respond to a few queries and also super friendly. We’d definitely come back, thank you for having us 😊

We loved our stay at Woodward Lakes. It was so incredibly comfortable and the views are amazing. There's wonderful wildlife and the landscaping is really lovely. There's a huge deck to soak up the sun and Andy has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Everything is high quality, from the crockery to the bedding and the interior is luxurious. We can't wait to return!!

we had a fantastic stay at the lodge. A great location for visiting all of Yorkshire and a lovely setting on the lake. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening and all round had a wonderful stay. Ruth was a great host!

Nice large static caravan outside of York, but very convenient. Quiet and comfortable perfect for families.

Stayed at Emma’s place for 3 days & wished we had booked for longer, had everything we needed, loved the welcoming gift of chocolates & a bottle of wine. The Costa machine was so nice & a lovely touch. We had lots of walks with the dogs on our doorstep & lovely views of the lake. Will definitely return 😍

No better way to celebrate our moms 76th birthday weekend. Beautiful to wake up to such a beautiful location, made all the better that the sun was actually shining! The listing location was exactly how described, and it was clean, and comfortable. Julian was responsive and very helpful with all of our enquiries. Already looking to book again later in the year. We've just spent 5 days at Fable Lodge. It's set on a beautiful lake which is stunning. The sunken hot tub overlooks the view which is equally stunning in the evenings. The lodge has everything you need. Is very spacious and really cozy..plenty of room for everyone to relax. Sarah has been a great host from initial booking until we left. We didn't buy the entertainment pass and we didn't regret it, we enjoyed the lodge to its full extent. There's a coop in the local village and a fantastic fish and chip shop. We walked to the castle from the lodge which was beautiful. The planes from the RAF base are amazing! The noise is incredible. This was a great thing for my photography keen husband! You can walk down to the run way and watch them take off too! We wouldn't hesitate in going back. The side of the park we were on was lovely and away from the hussle and bussle of the club house area and activities which is not our thing! Thanks for a great stay. We were a family of 5.

Lovely lodge and as the pictures. Very spacious with plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children. A great space overall and full of everything you need. Great value

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Eileen’s place! From the moment we arrived, they gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, kept me updated throughout, and were always easy to reach if we needed anything. The Airbnb was fully equipped with everything you could need—from kitchenware and bedding to game cards for a relaxed night in. They even provided a generous amount of toiletries and some breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space was very clean, cosy, and spacious, with a calm, peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. It’s also in a great location—close to Woodhall Spa with its great selection of restaurants and even a cinema in the middle of the woods. Lincoln and Skegness are also nearby, making it a great base for exploring. Would happily stay again in the future!

Kingfisher Lodge really was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with Julie was excellent. We couldn't rate this place highly enough. Thank you, Julie for making us feel so welcome.

My two young children & I stay at Del’s caravan at Tattershall Lakes for a long weekend. The van is situated in a very secure & quiet part of the park, about 5-10 minute walk to the main facilities. The van itself was very clean & had everything we needed for the weekend. There was plenty to do for us over the weekend & my little ones especially enjoyed the splash pad. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed here as a part of my partners birthday celebrations. This was our first time staying somewhere like this and the lodge was everything we could have wished for and more!! The check-in process was clear and easy. The lodge was well decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to have a great, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was an obvious stand out for us, very warm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we could not fault our lodge and are already discussing coming back later in the year! We have also recommended to our families who are also interested.

My son and I stayed here for two nights to break the journey from South Wales to watch our football team lose away at Grimsby - and I’m really glad we found it. It was the perfect quirky retreat - we loved having a woodburner so we could enjoy a roaring fire, and we had a brilliant time birdwatching in the nearby College Woods. There were also plenty of games and activities on site so we both had a very welcome break from screens and distractions. Patrick could not have been more helpful and gave us plenty of good recommendations for places to visit locally. It was a lovely couple of days (despite the football!) and I’m so glad we made a proper weekend of it.
