Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

A sweet apartment with a nice location, loved the interior, very practical and clean, the bed was comfortable, it had everything needed. The walls seem well isolated so it probably isn't hot in the summer, the apartment keeps cool but there is an AC to warm or cool the apartment which works well. However, you can’t get to the apartment with a car. This is true for most of Piran, so ask in advance for parking options.For 24 hours, there are garages which are acceptable

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Check-in sowie Check-out waren stressfrei, Monica hat nachgefragt ob alles passt und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir wollten eine moderne, gepflegte, saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, und diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lieben es, morgens unseren Kaffee zu trinken und auf das Meer zu schauen, und das war diese Woche möglich. Der Umgang mit den Gastgebern hat uns Zuversicht und Sicherheit gegeben und wir sind dafür dankbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und ist für alle Fälle immer gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Sehr freundlich, hatte uns Wasserflaschen und neue Tücher gekauft, da es sehr heiss war. Hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig (vor allem die Terrasse) und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt an der Promenade, aber das Kinderzimmer ist auf der ruhigen Rückseite; nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt). Zudem steht im Innenhof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Valeria und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für dieses Gesamtpaket war der Preis, den wir (in der Nebensaison) bezahlt haben, absolut in Ordnung. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand zu verbessern wären: Die Türen (insbesondere jene zum Kinderzimmer) lassen sich teilweise nur recht laut öffnen und schließen und sollten vielleicht geölt werden. Zudem könnten an den Fenstern und Türen Mückenschutzgitter angebracht werden. Sonst alles top, vielen Dank!

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!
