Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. Second stay for us, and just as great as the first! Quiet neighborhood, great for running or walking. The house is well-stocked with everything you need to cook - plenty of cookware, utensils, and seasonings available to use. Comfy furniture and overall, a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Brook Farm while we were in the area visiting friends. What a lovely and charming 1790 farmhouse that was very comfortably furnished. It was so inviting and cozy with original features and modern conveniences. The large kitchen was full of sunlight and updated beautifully. We enjoyed a cozy fire with the wood burning fireplace in the living room. Jill and her husband made sure we had plenty of kindling and firewood. We're hoping to revisit in the summer which would also allow us to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch in warmer weather. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

This was one of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had! My partner and I decided on a long weekend at the last minute and are so lucky Jennifer’s place was available. The decor was on point and cozy making it feel like home away from home! Everything was organized and labeled, the place was well stocked and Jennifer was an amazing and responsive host. Very appreciative of the dining recommendations, the complimentary bottle of wine and we were even asked if we wanted to borrow her personal hiking poles. The area and view are amazing as well. Already planning our next trip back!

We travel often, but rarely leave reviews. In this case David and his apartment definitely deserve recognition. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were only in town one night, but it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. Parking was easy, and it's a great location. If you are staying in Rome don't bother looking elsewhere. You won't find a nicer place at a better price! David was an incredible host! He knew our travel schedule and left us some bagels, snacks, and drinks. It was incredibly thoughtful. He spent a considerable amount of time giving us information about the area. He could not have been more gracious and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience!

Was great to stay at Dillon’s place while my husband and I were in town for a concert at MVP arena- super easy walk! As others have mentioned heard neighbors/dogs a little bit, but didn’t bother us too much! Just a couple minor cleanliness things (hair on pillow/shower), but would recommend for anyone needing a quick stay over in downtown Albany!

A great apartment from which to explore Rochester. Centrally located but still in a quiet residential area. Beautiful old building with great light and high ceilings. All expected amenities plus a thoughtful and attentive host. Highly recommended.

Cris is an awesome host who truly cared about our experience and comfort. She even offered a later check out to help me out at no extra charge. The apartment is spacious and feels like a home. Lots of food places to eat within a good range. Would definitely come back and appreciate the hospitality. Even had water and snacks and everything you would need when traveling. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

Jermaine is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location with off street parking and easy access. Big for just one guest yet very cozy and warm. It's was a home away from home with everything provided. I'll be back soon. Thanks Jermaine !!

Absolutely LOVED this stay! The hosts were so friendly! Even provided a lovely homemade breakfast, and tooth brushes and toothpaste when I had forgot mine. Host even found some clothing I left and reached out to me to have me come back and get it. They were very welcoming and very flexible. Would love to stay again in the summer when the pool is open but the hot tub was still a dream in the winter weather! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful place to stop for my road trip. The room and the bathroom were very well maintained and had everything you could want or need. The breakfast/snack area was a nice touch and had plenty of choices. Linda was responsive and very nice. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come through the Finger Lakes region.

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

Linda, husband Dick and dog Penny were a complete delight. Our one-week stay was so wonderful. We had great conversations over breakfast daily. Their home was comfortable to be in. We were welcome to come and go as we please. There was an entire downstairs with sofas, tv and additional bathroom to be able to relax outside of the bedroom. We were always welcome to join them upstairs in the living room. I was able to use the kitchen to prepare a couple of meals. They had great suggestions on places to go around the area. We were in town for a family wedding and visiting extended family and friends. The private bathroom is big with a large walk shower. There is a jetted tub that we did not use. There was a washer and dryer available to use. The bedroom has two windows that can be opened to have fresh air. We asked for a fan for the room, and one was provided. The bed is very comfortable. The visit was like being with family in all the best ways. Highly recommend staying there. TY

He also provides a light breakfast for guests, making the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and parking were seamless, and the environment was quiet and safe. this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Field was an absolutely wonderful host! His instructions prior to arrival were very helpful, especially as we were navigating during a weekend with particularly poor weather. Field’s home is immaculate, filled with storied antiques and charming paintings and lived history - living and breathing! Field was so friendly and accommodating, with many excellent recommendations for activities of all kinds.
