We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

This was a great stay as we were vising for a College Swimming Conference Championship at the University of Buffalo. The location was close to everything - the college, restaurants, and the airport. The hosts were super responsive each and every time I messaged - answered immediately. The house was just lovely and had everything we needed. Great house and great hosts!!

Truly was a quaint little house that was perfect fit for me, my husband and our two small dogs and we all adjusted to the house quickly. The house was nice and warm since we were there during cold weather in the twenties with snow. Great walkable neighborhood that was peaceful and we even had a visit from a deer in the backyard. The street was kept well plowed with easy access back to the main routes around town. We would definitely stay again when visiting our family in the area.

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

Only were staying one night but would have loved to stay longer. If our son ends up going to Hobart and William Smith College we will definitely be back!

We loved this house and our stay. Joan was so great and she communicated with us perfect. She was very responsive when we needed. The house was clean and perfect and cozy. The photos did not do this place justice! The cottage was super cozy and clean with plenty of everything we would need. We were bummed the hot tub was not working during our stay but the place was so comfortable and relaxing that it all worked out anyways. We were referred to the Eastside Market for a quick bite, which did not disappoint. Donald was very responsive and we had no issues with check-in or checkout.

My second time staying here! Great location, close to everything. SUPER clean. Big bathroom. High end appliances. I’ll book this stay every time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

What a gem, this ended up being the perfect place for us! We travel to the area at least three time a year and it is so nice to have a place to get away with all the comforts of home. Jill's place is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shower and fireplace. We look forward to staying here again.

I stayed for a work trip and the space was perfect and felt like home - nice to use kitchen and washer machine. Very convenient to stores and restaurants.

The small touches everywhere were so nice. It was very clean and smelled amazing. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Melanie was super friendly & accommodating. The place was ready earlier than expected. It’s cute & cozy, perfect for a few days. The location is great. Very walkable. The Little Place on Main ( located next door) was great for breakfast. Affordable & delicious. Gigi’s on the other side was perfect for dinner, pizza or a sandwich. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for an overnight stay. We already know a bit about the area, and it was nice to be back in the Naples area at the beginning of peak color! What really stood out to me in comparison to all the other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in was how the apartment was decorated for the fall season. I can’t think of another place I’ve stayed in that had such tasteful seasonal decor. And the amenities were some of the nicest I’ve experienced, from eggs and some fresh veggies in the frig to a variety of coffee flavors to choose from. We were sorry our stay was so short! We loved being away from the village of Naples in a peaceful setting but still just a short drive to stores, a farm market, and some good restaurants. We would definitely stay at Jennifer’s place again.

Beautiful clean home !

Our belated Galentine’s stay was magical! Dean made sure the hot tub was pristine for us because he knew it was one of the things we were looking most forward to. He answered all the questions we had very quickly and was a great responsive host. The welcome packet was so thoughtful and funny. We really appreciated all the work put into this home. The couch was so comfy for our blind date with a book theme and we all had a great time! We would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. It is very close to grocery and some good food places. The use of both houses was very nice.

Such charm, warmth snd intrigue! This historical villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, easy to find privacy while simultaneously enjoying time with family. It’s also a perfect location in a beautiful and established part of town. Loved the mature and majestic trees! Bonus was being able to shoot hoops with my nephew Dylan and cook breakfast in a well appointed kitchen. This house reminded me of a simpler time, when folks valued conversation and togetherness. We were lucky to catch the tail end of the pool season! So great to have a refreshing dip before morning coffee and after a day of exploration! Great for all seasons! Hope to visit again! Host Melody is a warm and caring individual, and was available whenever we reached out with questions. She really cares that her guests have the best possible experience!!!

Maria’s place was fantastic. The place is beautiful in a great location. She is a wonderful host. Extremely responsive and extremely helpful. I’ll stay here whenever I’m visiting upstate NY!

Magdalena - Your very comfortable and beautiful home was perfect for our family’s visit. Our only suggestion for going forward would be for you to provide some information about the history of the house. We did a lot of guessing!
