Clean! It’s so nice to walk into a home and not feel like you have to wash all the dishes, bedding, counters, etc. before you use them. Even the basement was clean. We’ve stayed in some very nice homes and appreciate cleanliness over all else. Thank you, for this! It’s convenient. There is a small market directly across the street and the location is so close to shopping and dining. The home is exactly as advertised. The beds are even comfortable. What a win! This hosts were extremely hospitable. Highly recommend.

Michele was an amazing host. she went above and beyond. what ever was needed she brought us. for example extra chairs and tables. Her home was quite,clean, very spacious, lots of room to relax to have down time with them family. the thing we loved the most was how we felt we where home away from home. at night we sat around a big fire pit. in the big house there were two fridges. Great since we where a party of 16. the kids had a big yard to play football. lots of parking. the house was very equipped with ac uints in each rm. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. worth every memory made. We hope to be back!

We wanted a quick get away, this place was perfect. Host communicated very well and the home and view were awesome. Beach access very close by. Plenty of dishes and supplies in the home. I would def book again!

Beautiful, quiet and lovely! Had my wedding at Notting Hill Farm, was great to have a place right across the street. I stayed from Friday through Sunday. There was a wedding Friday night and there was no noise to be heard from it which made that night peaceful! Beautiful, big home. Super clean and user friendly. Lovely master bathroom alls well as every other room! 10/10

We rented Chris's home to have a large enough space to celebrate Thanksgiving with a large family. The kitchen was wonderful and the large island was a fantastic place to gather and also to serve a large meal. There was enough space to spread out, and enough seating for everyone to be able to sit comfortably.

It is a great place to stay - very easy to get to nice restaurants and enough room for a whole family.

We had a great time at Richie and Lisa’s place. The master bedroom was huge and comfortable. The living room was so spacious and perfect for our big group of kids to play. The backyard was private and we loved the hot tub. Everything in the house was clean and we liked the set up of the home. Our hosts were helpful and responsive, and check in/out was easy. We would definitely recommend their place!

Pam was a lovely host and had plenty of recommendations for things to do, and her place was super peaceful! Lake Erie is not to be missed, and Buffalo is only an hour drive away so I’ll definitely be coming back to see more of it in the warmer months. Pam is wonderful to talk to, as well; we had a bonfire on the beach to stargaze and comet watch on my last night. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I came during the off-season with the intent to be a bit of a homebody and just read with the waves of the lake in the background, and that’s exactly what I got and more. It’s a gorgeous area when all the leaves are changing and even though I didn’t meet too many people, the people I did were very friendly.

Perfect for our needs for a quick weekend stay. Reliable internet and a comfortable living space with a yard to walk our dog.

Great place to stay! The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate with a bunch of luggage but manageable. The space was clean and comfortable. Christina was super responsive to messages! Would stay there again if I needed accommodations in Buffalo. 15 min from the airport!

A wonderful place with unique character. We absolutely loved it.

We were in the area doing some work, hotels were all 20 minutes to half an hour away more into the snowbelt area of Buffalo, Orchard Park, so I was looking for something for me and my guys to stay at closer to the job. This was literally a few miles down the road. Very nice, warm and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen equipment. Was able to make dinner each night for my guys and myself. Very friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Had a very positive experience. Space was clean and comfortable. Close to Niagara Falls. Dmitry responded very quickly to all my questions. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Jill's place is wonderful and she is a great host. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Due to an unexpected personal situation we had to cancel most of our stay last minute. We were disappointed about having to leave, but Jill was incredibly understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend her place.

Great place to stay! We loved it once it snowed! The backyard pathway that connects with the river was a plus. Inside, it is so nice! We loved the chimney and it it so well furnished!

Wonderful stay! A magical and peaceful cabin where we were able to restore and relax in nature. Deb is a wonderful host. The cabin was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

The cabin is beautiful and off the grid. Made me feel like I was staying at my family’s cabin when I was a kid. Very peaceful and great to sit back and relax. House is very clean and has beautiful surroundings.

Our stay was a peaceful and relaxing get away. It was a beautiful area, we hiked, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The cabin was so enjoyable. I felt part of a Hallmark movie. It was decorated lovely, clean, you felt right at home from the moment you walked in. I would definitely love to come back.
