My sisters and I were in Buffalo to say goodbye to our beloved Aunt. She was born and raised in Buffalo so we visited Buffalo a lot throughout our childhood. Rachel and Trey’s place reminded me of our grandparents house when we were little. It has that cozy charm of going to see grandma. The house was very clean, very comfortable, very warm and decorated with the history of their family which I loved. I think the only negative of the house is the street parking. But Trey and Rachel did offer us the driveway as long as moved the car by 9:30 for them to get out for work. The price point for this house was perfect and we all had our own bedroom. I give 5 stars for our trip to Buffalo. Thanks Trey and Rachel!

The place was well stocked with everything, towels, wash clothes, dishes, utensils, toilet paper, coffee, tea etc. I didn’t have one single complaint as everything was perfect. I would definitely book here again when I’m in Buffalo.

I’ve stayed in a ton of Airbnbs, but this is hands down the BEST place. The unit was gorgeous, the beds were so comfortable, the views were amazing and it was the perfect space for us. We only had it booked for a weekend but we all wish we could have stayed longer! The parking was great, having a dedicated space and not worrying about finding a space, it’s gated so it felt safer. The staff were so kind to us and we can’t wait to come back next year

Wow, what a fantastic stay! Seriously, this place wasn't just as advertised, it was even better. And Janeen? Absolutely the most responsive and helpful host I've ever connected with. The personalized touches were just incredible – you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience. My only regret is not booking a longer trip! Honestly, from the moment I booked until check-out, everything was seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I'm already looking forward to my next visit when I'm back in the Buffalo area! Thank you for making Rusty and I feel at home and then some!

Wow! Lenny's place at the Historic Giacomo building was absolutely amazing. The views of the river & top of the falls were spectacular, especially at night. The location was walkable to many great restaurants and a short pleasant walk to the Niagara Falls State Park. The condo itself was beautiful and super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the whole area was quiet at night. I would highly recommend Lenny's place when visiting Niagara Falls. It was truly amazing! 👍

We booked our honeymoon last minute and got right in! Host was great with quick communication, and gave great recommendations for local eats and attractions. He also had place ready with beautiful lighting, soft music and a treat for us newlyweds ❤️ View from our room was SPECTACULAR! BED & pillows very comfy, and condo was super spacious. Will definitely be back to celebrate anniversaries 🥰

What a great place! Lenny was helpful and friendly from the moment we booked and continued to be during our stay. The hotel is absolutely perfect location-incredible views of the Falls and Canada’s skyline. The apartment was huge and the complimentary daily muffins/teas/coffees in the lobby were great! The hotel is historic so I would describe it as charming and cosy rather than modern and upscale, but its location more than makes up for that and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much Lenny for a wonderful stay. I 100% recommend this apartment to anyone wanting exceptional views, walking distance to everything (including Canada), a great sized apartment with all the facilities of an apartment to cook in (although basic) as well as the comforts of a hotel.

My stay was absolutely AMAZING!! I LOVED the view of the Falls. If only the hotel was a lot closer lol. The condo was still beautiful. The staff were very nice. I was greeted by Lenny himself!! pretty cool guy and he definitely goes above and beyond for his guests. Thank you again for having me. If you want to relax and get away for a day or two, I highly recommend this hote!l

GORGEOUS! We had a blast (large family ages 2-56) for family vacation; the best location yet! Everything high end, not done cheaply AT ALL. Super clean! Responsive host! There is a lot to do in driving distance but we just stayed and spent time with each other at the house since it was so roomy, comfortable and lots to do (pool table, ping pong, projector tv - all in beautiful finished basement with a bar, frig and stove - board games, hot tub, pool, creek, woods, walks around town. That day the town had updated gas meters (we later learned) so the gas stove didn't light and water heater ran out of hot water. These had to be reset and hot tub had to be shocked - all fixed quickly. A thunderstorm knocked out power and the host kept us updated on the outage status. And, we watched the storm from the amazing covered patio. I also watched a family of deer eating in the backyard early in the morning. I very much appreciate not having a mandatory 7-day minimum stay. BOOK IT!

This house was perfect for our needs. It had everything we could want, especially the kitchen - so many cooking pots and utensils. Close to everything with groceries right across the street. We communicated easily with the hosts when we had questions - they were excellent. I highly recommend this home when you are in Buffalo.

The Daisy Barn is the place to stay. Hospitality as usual, exceptional!! Very well stocked and generous.

This was a fantastic place to stay. we were close to every place we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Sabira was fantastic!! She reached out and was very kind and helpful.

Cozy, posh, friendly, loft. I was spoiled like family. Cherrish & Matthew are engaged in networks so attend events trade shows, potlucks, & cook extra food & if you imagine going to an event can bring the leftovers home for others to eat, & sometimes lots of extras. So, quiche, scones, omelettes, extra breakfast, pizza, milk, fruit, hamburgers, hot dogs, juice, sodas, cookies, scones, bread, cake, popsicles, potato salad. Bring your own food there is lots of space in a large fridge, microwave, oven, stove, People did come over & mingle & it's super quiet, so you can participate or decide not to. I enjoyed conversation on the outdoor patio & the kitchen has a nice seating area. They know the value of 24/7 internet without interruptions for digital nomads so internet is top notch. They invested in this house so the mattress bed worked for me & I usually have back issues. comfy couch downstairs with blankets, shower with extra heat and recessed lighting, lots of lighting, driveway.

this place was a steal considering the size of the house! It was homey, comfortable, and so quiet. We spent many nights out on the patio, despite the cold, due to the peace that was much needed. The house was well prepared with everything you need and more, and thank goodness because my son wound up sick the first couple days - everything we needed to help with that was already in the house! Laura was always quick to respond, most of the time instantly, if we had questions. It was the perfect way to spend our first time in NY. We will book again for sure next time we venture up there!

My siblings and I stayed here for s few days in March for a family circumstance and enjoyed the place, it was tidy with well appointed kitchen and many Buffalo area decorations. Thank you.
