This place was amazing! The indoor & outdoor space is beautiful and well kept, and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

The perfect place to enjoy a visit to Sandusky! It affords privacy with three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. The large kitchen and comfy great room area is perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening of dining and watching the big screen TV. You'll enjoy all the lake house themed decor in John's gracious home. Couldn't be more convenient to Cedar Point park, and it's just five minutes from some of Sandusky's other historic attractions in the charming downtown. Relaxing in the hot tub after a full day is a great bonus! It was the perfect place for our mini-family reunion. We would definitely return again.

Such a beautiful and cool space! We loved it so much we decided to stay for another night. Do not miss out on the sauna!! The hosts and staff at SolStay are incredibly kind and helpful. The hosts responded quickly and politely to all requests and made a great trip perfect

Judy's cottage was perfect for our girls weekend! Judy was quick to respond when we had questions, and was a genuinely pleasant host.

We enjoyed Ann's place. We loved the traditional bed and breakfast experience with fresh cooked breakfast by Ann every morning. She serves up a great french toast and also offered eggs cooked to order preference. This is how a bed and breakfast should be. Ann's place was very clean and comfortable. You can see the attention to detail and cleanliness everywhere. She was so helpful to us and recommended places nearby to check out. We felt at home here and it was good to have a restful place to go after activities of the day. This place is quiet, calm, friendly and helpful. Ann personally helped us with resources in the area to help with some issues we were having and discussed problem solving strategies with us! You don't get that anywhere else. We give Ann's place all the thumbs up and all the stars!!! Her and her husband are truly lovely and kind people.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in, the space was utterly spotless. It is hard to find pet friendly spaces and there are no traces of animals. It’s very hard for me to be 100% comfortable away from home, but this space made me forget that I wasn’t home. The beds were comfortable and there were enough pillows. Ten stars across the board!!

Karen’s place is a beautiful location right on the lake! The space was pristine and Karen was so kind and accommodating!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this place! Came for our 10 year anniversary. Very responsive hosts. Karen is so friendly and helpful, will let you know all the events going on in the area. Many close wineries. Beautiful scenery. Can see the lake from the property. The hosts even kept the heated pool open for us since it was nice weather, the water temperature was perfect!! Lounged out there for most of the afternoon. And the hot tub is spacious, good working jets, and a nice view of the lake! The hosts are creating a scenic walking trail around a beautiful pond out back, we saw a pair of swans swimming in it and enjoyed lounging while watching them. So many nice touches like snacks, coffee, espresso bar (fully stocked), makeup/cleansing wipes, etc. Everything is new and pristine. Beautiful full kitchen and bar area seating. Hosts have three other similar units on property, this would make a good extended family getaway or girl's weekend. Can't wait to book again!

Renting "Pineapple House" may be the best decision our family has ever made! I can not say enough about this property. It's about 15mins from anything you could need, but best of all its 15mins from ANYTHING. Nothing short of renting your own private island could be more peaceful. Ten fold the best vacation we've ever taken. The host was great and available on a moments notice. For 4 days we sat in peace and watched the most flawless sunset view I've ever seen. No parties, no noise, and the closest thing to an interruption at all were occasional fisherman in the empty "semi-public" lot next door. And even that is hard to call an interruption as we fished along side them and they help my 5yr old land her first big catfish. House it not large, but not meant to be. One TV but its high end and gorgeous. One couch that was so comfortable I'm trying to order one. Pillows made by heaven itself. Handmade sturdy wood chairs by the water that I can guarantee held 3 at once. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Overall it was a good fit for our needs (kids 10 months, 3, 6). The two kids could sleep upstairs, the infant in a pack and play in the other room, my wife and I in the other. We only stayed one evening but there seemed to be a lot to do right on site. It was extremely closer to Cedar Point and short drive to our destination (Kalahari waterpark). It was quiet, cold or we would have enjoyed some of the outside space (fire pit, rooftop porch, etc). The only issue I had was with the wifi, it was a little inconsistent. I work all hours so that's important to me. When we came back from Kalahari it was a non-issue, but earlier in the day it was a little annoying. Cidny was very quick to respond to anything and she was gracious in letting us get there a little earlier than check-in which was very helpful for naptimes. We would stay again.
