The home had everything we needed for a 2 week stay!!! Shelly is very responsive and considerate! I’d recommend this airbnb to anyone!

We stayed at 1900 Cottage when we were In Yates Center for a family celebration. The cottage is very clean and well decorated. Everything is updated yet they have kept the original charm of the home. Home is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the historic town square. Nicole was responsive and proactively reached out when a neighbor had parked in front of the home before we arrived. Nicole has thought of everything her guests may need (plus more). Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again in the future.

Dezerae’s cabin was very nice and clean. It’s a great place to stay. Dezerae was very responsive and was such a kind host. She knew we would be coming in late so she made the pull-out couch up for our kids so we wouldn’t have to. This is a great edition for places to stay in Mound City!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Such a great get away for an outdoors person. Very clean, cozy, and the decor was great!

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Cute place. Felt like a hunting cabin in the woods. Great host. Super responsive and friendly. Just the right size without the unnecessary fluff. Only downside is the very busy train tracks going through town. Will definitely stay here again.

This beautifully appointed home with stunning designer details has something for everyone! It was perfect for our family gathering--with room to spare. The host was responsive, and check-in was easy. We enjoyed the convenient location and private, serene setting and look forward to staying there again soon.

We've stayed at Kandace's twice now. Both were just overnight stays, so we can't rate the hot tub and pool (but it looks amazing!). We had a great stay both times. The rental is connected to the main house, but is still very peaceful and private. The home is very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you need. Kandace is always very friendly and responsive to any questions we have. Looking forward to staying here again next year!
