You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

We had an amazing time at this very spacial Villa. The spectacular landscape, the most beautiful beach, the romantic house with its roses and arches as the house's architectonic signature. The house is spacious and beautiful with handmade wooden carpentry. The artist is Michalis who takes care of the house and his wonderful daughter, Eleni who welcomed us most beautifully.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

I stayed at Villa Salanti this January, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is truly unbeatable – waking up just steps away from the beach felt like a luxury, especially during such a quiet time of year. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the terrace, taking in the gorgeous sea views, and even though it’s January, the weather was mild enough to enjoy walks on the private beaches nearby. One of my favorite things was how quiet and private everything felt. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Villa Salanti for anyone looking for a serene getaway – even in winter, it’s such a special place. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rosa in Palaia Epidaurus, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Our time at this charming villa was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with unforgettable memories. The owners of Villa Rosa were warm and welcoming and being available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The villa's manager, Chris, was also very helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and activities. Overall, our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience in Greece. We can't wait to return!

It was perfect vacation!! 10000000 million times better then we expected. Christina and her family are wonderful people ready to help any moment. Villa Christina 3 was even more beautiful then it is on the photos. For sure we'll come back as soon as we can. We told all our friends about these villas and their owners and hope that some of them will also visit Epidavros very soon)) I highly recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place and spend excellent vacation!!

Dianna kindly met us at the Port and organised taxis up to the house, which was a great start to our 2 week family holiday. Dianna also left us a delicious local cake which we enjoyed immensely!Villa Cariso is a beautifully designed modern house, creating the perfect layout for family groups. There was plenty of space for communal meals poolside or on balconies with amazing sea views, whilst at the same time the clever arrangement of 5 en-suite bedrooms over 3 levels provided privacy if required. All modern conveniences were provided and worked super efficiently. Both Dianna and Stamatios were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The pool was heaven, we also loved Agii Anargiri beach, travelling there sometimes by boat or moped or taxi, town beaches are also good. Bouboulina and Spetses Museum are well worth a visit to understand Spetses history. The hillside walk above the house provides spectacular views overlooking both sides of the Island. Big thanks! We hope to return.

What a breathtaking experience! Our stay at this property was made exceptional by the host. This private pool villa exceeded all my expectations. The sea view was amazing and this amazing little terrace where you can sit overlooking the sunset!!! The villa has all the amenities one could ask for. For sure this was the best Airbnb property i have ever seen!

This house is great. The description and pictures don't do it justice. It's 6 bedrooms over 2 units. 3 in a fully kitted out basement apartment and 3 upstairs in the main house. Our host sorted out transfers and a local sailing trip that was amazing. We loved every minute in this house.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. To begin with the pictures do not do it justice. The house is simply beautiful. I was very happy to see how clean, organized and fully stocked that it was. I traveled from the United States and spent many hours looking at home both on airbnb and luxury rental companies before deciding on this home. I could not be happier with my decision. To begin with the location was great. It is up on the mountain with an amazing view of Porto Heli. The only 4 star review was that the roads are a little rocky and small. The drive to the beach is 6-7 minutes, however, there is a better road that takes only an extra 5 minutes to make it to the beach. You will need a car. For me and my family this location was perfect as it was close to activity (night life etc) for the younger people and quiet/isolated for those who wanted it. The house had everything you needed. Each bedroom with a wonderful bathroom and balcony. The two separate houses worked great for our group. The outdoor furniture was plenty and wonderful to spend evenings/afternoons gathered and hanging out outside. The pool was in amazing shape and kept clean. It was really amazing how clean and nice this house was. Overall I will be happy to book again. Amazing property and well worth it!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα . Είμασταν 12 ατομα κ μείναμε 3 ημερες. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Έχει καταπληκτική εσωτερική διακόσμηση, ωραια υπνοδωματια και πολύ μεγάλο περιβάλλοντα χώρο με μεγάλη πισίνα, γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου, μπάρμπεκιου κλπ. Ο διαχειριστής κ Χρήστος εξαιρετικός. Mara and Bam were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay. Our group of 4 had a wonderful time even in the off-season. There was spinach pie waiting for us and sweet treats upon arrival. They clearly communicated what restaurants were open and connected us with a water taxi service. The kitchen has everything and more to make meals. The space was relaxing, stunning, and the perfect get away for our time in Greece.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

προκειται για συγκροτημα με 4 βιλες αυτονομες με μια κεντρικη πισινα. Παρα πολυ ομορφος εξωτερικος χωρις και η βιλα μεσα πανεμορφη καθαρη και ησυχη. Ξεκουραστικαμε, απολαυσαμε τον εξωτερικο χωρο και πραγματικα δεν ειχαμε κανενα παραπονο. Η βιλα που μειναμε ειχε 2 διπλα κρεβατια και δυο μονα. προσωπικα θα συστηνα το πολυ 4 ατομα ενηλικες. 6 μπορει να γινει «μικρο» το σπιτι αν εχετε σκοπο να μενετε ολη μερα εκει. Αν θα ξαναπηγαινα; ΕΝΟΕΙΤΑΙ! (επιπλεον εχει και πρωινο!).

The house was exactly what we were expecting and much more. We gathered for a very special anniversary and completely fell in love with Hydra and this home played a big part in that. The pool was stunning. Great and super responsive host and friendly! Would come back for sure !

This lovely villa has one of the most outstanding vistas of anywhere we have stayed. We were met by Ann, with a wonderful welcome spread of delicious nibbles and drinks. The views from the balcony or the infinity pool are just stunning. From watching the sun come up in the east, to glorious sunsets in the west, and a night sky absolutely sparkling with stars. The amenities in the villa are superb and the BBQ area is really well set up. We highly recommend eating at Fotinis Restaurant nearby and chartering a boat with Nakas Rental. Poros itself is lovely, as is Ermione and Methana. A wonderful place to spend a holiday.

Nous recommandons chaudement . Cadre idyllique, maison soignée , jardin et piscine extrêmement agréable . La maison est très bien équipée ( il manque juste micro ondes et lave-linge ). L appartement du dessous n est pas occupé , ce qui laisse toute la villa et la propriété a la disposition totale des locataires. Premier commerce à moins de 10 minutes de voiture et proche de nombreux sites à visiter , idéalement situé pour visiter Mycenes / Nauplie / Corynthe / Épidaure etc … Par ailleurs Evagelos est extrêmement sympathique et très rendant service . La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et sur l annonce .

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've ever had! The property exceeded all of our expectations and was even more stunning in person than it appears in the photos. It’s beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more – from kitchen essentials to entertainment options. The daily cleaning service and bed-making truly made it feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel, yet we still had all the comfort and privacy of being in a home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway!
