This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Although this property is out of town, but no worries Uber is available for transportation convenience. Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

Great and comfortable stay with a well furnished house and well equipped kitchen with utensils and other grocery and daily use items. Would be great if the curtains can be of a darker shade to avoid sunlight and have privacy. overall a wonderful stay.
