Alberto was a great host, very nice, friendly and responsive. The location was perfect, very quiet & peaceful. The view from the PH apartment were breathtaking, we loved it!. Also, there is so much to do around the area (sightseeing, boat trips, restaurants, parks, shopping area, bike rides, and much more) definitively will visit again.

Our 5 B's: BASE: Very nice location, the apartment and near surroundings are in perfect condition and in front of the see. Very nice and quiet, just in the weekend can be noisy with Music from nearby town and neighbours. Region is also nice with Agriculture combined with Nature, just the PLASTIC WASTE everywhere is very disturbing. BEHAVIOUR: Very communicative host and responsive, kind reception by the caretaker. The even arranged free charcoal for the BBQ.. BED: Medium Hardness, 2 kinds of pillows. For me 1 too hard and the other too soft. This is however subjective. BATH: Good shower with sufficient waterflow, both hot and cold avlb. BREEZE: We had a nice constant sea wind sitting outside on the porch and inside there is both a good working quiet AC and Fans available. We recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the city. The view from the living room was amazing. The host added a nice touch with the tea and coffee selection in the morning. There were also a few beverages in the fridge in case you forgot to stop at the store. We will definitely be back if we need to stay overnight in the city.

Can’t beat this location! Steps from everything to see and do in Casco Viejo yet incredibly quiet. Angie & Jaime were very responsive & he’s kinda famous! Not a Chef’s kitchen but we just wanted to do our own breakfast so it was fine. They cover the basics. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has blackout curtains for good sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment enthusiastically.

La casa es muy cómoda, muy espaciosa, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Tiene una linda playa, la piscina buenísima, amplio patio para las mascotas que estaban felices. En general la casa tiene muchas cosas muy buenas, algo que nos ayudó mucho, fue que uno de los días por cosas de la naturaleza habían medusas en el mar y no nos pudimos meter, pero como la casa tiene piscina estuvimos todo el día felices en la piscina, veíamos a las casas cercanas sin piscina los vecinos no podían meterse al mar y no tenían piscina, por lo que eso es un plus importante de la casa y lo otro excelente que tiene es Sugey y Alejandro, los cuidadores de la casa, no solo mantenían la casa limpia sino que se salieron de su camino para ayudarnos con mi hermana que tuvo una llanta flat a varios minutos de la casa, estuvieron siempre muy pendiente de nosotros. Fue el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños y fue perfecto! Sin duda alguna volveremos!!!

Buen lugar para pasarla bien. La piscina es bonita y amplia para pasar bien la tarde. Excelente para pasarla en familia y disfrutar del momento. Llegas a la playa caminando. Marcin siempre pendiente y con buena comunicación.

Muy buen lugar, gente de Ecuador se los recomiendo si buscan algo tranquilo este es el perfecto. El jacuzzi 100/10

Muy bello espacio para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Fui con amigas y la pasamos espectacular, la ubicación A1 y los espacios comunes muy buenos. Todo espectacular!
