Beautiful Hidden Gem in Leipzig's quiet neighborhood Katarina's place is more than what is described on the website. The house is located in a secluded quiet woody area, and it is a more than 100-year-old, pretty large cottage that they remodeled in their basement for guests with a modern design. This AirBnB includes a large living room with two beds, a kitchen with an extra living room surrounded by plenty of green, and a modern bathroom with a large shower space. I love their floor heating system. Once you set the temperature, you enjoy the warm room even when it is stormy outside. I experienced life in Germany, cooking, composing garbage (it was my first time!), and chatting with Katharina about our families and the two countries. Katharina is very caring, and sincere, and she never forgets the hospitality. It is rare to meet such an honest good person on earth these days. We missed an opportunity to walk to a lake nearby together, so I will return to her home again.

🌟 Perfektes Zuhause auf Zeit! 🌟 Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Katja und Toms Haus! Als sechsköpfige Gruppe haben wir die durchdachte und großzügige Ausstattung sehr geschätzt – vor allem die Küche hat uns begeistert! Hier findet man wirklich alles: eine großzügige Auswahl an Geschirr, Kochutensilien und -geräte, dazu sogar eine kleine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Kaffee. Tom hat uns herzlich empfangen, und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar gemütlich, lichtdurchflutet und liegt in einer ruhigen, naturnahen Umgebung – perfekt zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist Meißen in nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein weiteres Highlight: Der Garten! Im Sommer lädt er zum Verweilen ein, und das Lagerfeuer macht die Abende besonders stimmungsvoll. Kurz gesagt: Ein liebevoll gestalteter Ort mit tollen Gastgebern – absolut empfehlenswert! 💛🏡✨

Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe, die Silvester in dem schönen gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen verbracht hat. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Obstkorb stand zum Empfang auch bereit. Daher vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. :)

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben von dort aus Ausflüge in die böhmische Schweiz unternommen. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. Es gab sogar einen Kamin und unser Hund war auch willkommen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben als drei Pärchen ein schönes Wochenende verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, die Badegärten Eibenstock sind nicht weit entfernt, auch die tschechische Grenze nicht. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, im Sommer kann man sicherlich auch den schönen Garten nutzen.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 5 Kindern in dem Haus. Es ist wunderbar Ausgestattet und bietet alles, was ein Kinderherz benötigt. Der große Garten ist ein Traum und auch das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und Sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Die Lage ist toll für kleine Wanderungen. Und der Hottub ist super entspannend. Die Kommunikation mit Julia und Franziska lief auch schnell und unkompliziert . Was will man mehr…

It was a great stay overall, we appreciate the bottle of wine as a neat little valentines gift. Very thoughtful. The rooms and were very clean and spacious.

Simona’s place was unique!! It was in a great spot which is close to public transportation and to the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will visit Prague! 💜 Anything you need, you will find here! Thank you Simona!!

Ubytovanie bolo podľa očakávaní a našich predstáv. Pokyny k príchodu boli jasné a jednoduché. Nábytok bol nový čistý z bytu išiel veľmi príjemný dojem. Ideálne pre skupinky ľudí, ktorí chcú v Prahe ostať na niekoľko nocí za veľmi výhodnú cenu.

Generally a great stay. If you need to cook and want a place to do it this is not the spot. Stove would not work enough to heat anything properly. But if you can generally forego that, eat out, you will love this spot. Great spot, wonderful and easy location.

Very spacious and well presented apartment with comfortable beds, great showers and wi-fi. The accommodation is close to Florenc metro station which made it really easy to travel around the city. We could hear some general chat from neighbouring flats but nothing major. This was our first trip to Prague and we were very grateful to our hosts for arranging taxis to transport us to and from the airport. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the apartment at Karlinske Namesti. We loved Nostress bakery for breakfast and Cafe Frida for fantastic Mexican food. Thank you for our stay. We had a fabulous holiday.

Ubytování se nám moc líbilo, skvělá lokalita přímo u kolonády, srozumitelná komunikace s hostiteli, parkovací místo a pěkný, vybavený byt. Jediné co, tak na náš vkus hodně navoněný obývací pokoj. Každopádně se budeme rádi vracet. :-)

The appartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and very close to the old town. We loved our stay! The staff is super friendly and responsive. 100% recommended!

Wir hatten die Wohnung auf Anhieb gefunden und auch der Check-in mit dem Schlüssel war kinderleicht und praktisch. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zu empfehlen. Wir hatten uns sofort wohl gefühlt und auch die Anbindung an eine größere Stadt war sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen und steht’s freundlich, falls wir wieder einen Ausflug in den Osten planen, werden wir versuchen wieder bei Marlies unter zu kommen.

Чудове тихе місце )Хто шукає відпочинку від великих міст-це саме те .В місті Доксі прекрасне озеро,гарний ліс ,поруч багато замків ,які варто відвідати. Господарка квартири дуже мила 🥰 Сама квартира маленька,але дуже чиста і зручна . Думаю що літом в цьому місці буде дуже гарно.

We had a lovely stay at Bonny's place and even extended our stay an extra night. We booked as it was the cheapest place we could find with a kitchen and were pleasantly surprised at how big and comfortable it was while also feeling very cosy. Location is good with bus station, supermarkets etc nearby and a pleasant stroll to the old town. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a few basics like tea, coffee and jam. Shower is hot with good pressure. Wifi works well. There's a lift to help get the suitcase in but only on the 1st floor also easy enough to take the stairs. Overall highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for us! Convenient location - everything is walkable and it’s particularly close to a few key tourist spots. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bohumila was very responsive and had great recommendations around the area plus advised us about public transport and open stores during public holiday closures

Чудове помешкання з усім необхідним. Ми гостювали протягом місяця і почувалися комфортно. Помешкання велике і чисте, воно підходить для проживання великої сім'ї. Господиня ввічлива і приємна. Ми обов'язково повернемося сюди. Рекомендую.
