This house is perfect, and it has everything you need. It is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood so you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. I had my 7 yr old with me and we walked to the park everyday. Can't forget the homemade cookies and chocolates!!

Quaint little slice of heaven! My mom and I really enjoyed our one room guest house! Felt like camping but with all the amenities. Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed (or she got it for us) Bonnie is family now.

I love staying at Jean’s (I’ve stayed here several times) - it’s very comfortable, lots of extras in the kitchenette & bathroom. I loved the deck for breakfast or relaxing before dinner. It’s walking distance to Joe Patti’s seafood , the newly renovated Bruce Beach & Blue Wahoos Stadium. Jean is so friendly (& her little dog Scruffy too) - I enjoy our talks together! I’ll be back!

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

An absolute gem. Igor and April were so accommodating and prompt. The entire property is breathtaking and will leave you speechless. Communication was better than I could have imagined. Private goat experience with the owners brought our entire family so much joy. The outdoor shower was so tranquil. The creek with kayaks gives you a great experience on the water. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you imagine. The yurt itself brings so much peace. The lighting was beautiful and the AC unit and fan kept the temperature just right. The fire pit right next to the yurt was so relaxing. S’mores with the family for the first time was a great memory. Thank you again to Igor and April for such an amazing stay and experience. Everyone don’t hesitate to book this one in a million stay! We will be back!

It was a cute & clean place to stay for a couple of nights! Location was nice, close to places to eat and not too terribly far from the beach and pier.

An absolutely beautiful home with everything you need to have a peaceful and refreshing beach vacation. Conveniently located to many great restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and retail shops; the home is just minutes away from downtown while feeling quaint and quiet tucked away in a neighborhood. The owners are kind, responsive, and offer help in any way you might need. Their attention to detail is unprecedented and is one of the top 3 best experiences I have had with AirBnB. We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

10/10 , I definitely recommend to anyone looking into it! I loved everything about this place. The fan in the bedroom is lifesaver for someone as hot-natured as I am! The bathroom shower is spacious! The filtered water in the fridge is so convenient and the ice trays in the freezer as well. The blinds are a nice touch as they offer such great lighting during the day but just as much privacy when closed.

Clara’s place was great. Just as advertised in every way. The location was convenient to everything while also being just a short car ride to the beaches. The space was very clean and had everything we needed including some items that we forgot to bring! Little things like filtered water for the coffee maker and a first aid kit in the bathroom came in very handy. Clara was a great communicator. She was available with answers to questions and gave good local recommendations. All in all a great long weekend. We would definitely recommend and would love stay here again!

Great location & very close to the highway. Also, close to downtown. TV in living room was very nice & large. My contact person was very quick to respond to me. I appreciate being able to park in the church parking lot, instead of having to park on the street. Cottage was clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

As a single traveler, this place was one of the best I’ve stayed at. I felt safe, the neighborhood was great to go for runs in the morning. Close enough to the beach but you don’t have to deal with a ton of people. They recommended Jitterbug, a local coffee shop and it was good! The place was very clean and perfect for morning coffee on the little cute porch :) Thanks for a great stay! I’ll be back

Mallory‘s bungalow was just as advertised. Quaint and private We booked with Mallory due to her places proximity to downtown Pensacola so we could ride our bicycles. It was perfect. We could ride to restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go on our bicycles. Looking forward to staying with Mallory again.

The Peaceful Cottage at Pensacola is a perfect retreat! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name—so tranquil and relaxing. The location is ideal, close to the beach yet tucked away in a quiet area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the little touches made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind!

I Highly recommend Martys place. The location is great! Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and decor are very nice! Kitchen is very well stocked if you plan to cook. The landscaping is really nice and makes it a Fun place to stay on the water...You feel like you're in a treehouse with the surrounding Landscape....

Hello all! I Stumbled across Ashleys AirBnB, the "Cozy Boat-House-pool, fish - BYO-Boat", while planning out my trip to Alabama. I'm sure glad I did! For starters, Ashley and her boyfriend Bryan were wonderful hosts, and I felt so welcomed! They were kind, communicated well, and helped me with every aspect of my reservation and stay. The boathouse was surrounded by water and that alone made it a magical experience. Let's not forget you're in the center of nature and wildlife! The boathouse was clean, spacious, and well decorated! Location was in a small town, which is exactly what I was looking for! The neighborhood was quiet, private, and quaint! I had everything I needed for my stay, along with some complimentary goodies (tea)! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the boathouse again. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hubbub and tourists to relax, then this is your place to stay! Thank you, Ashley and Bryan, for opening up your boathouse to me! :-) 10/10 recommend!
