This was my first time booking with Rachel but it certainly won't be my last. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Rachel was very hospitable and makes you feel right at home. I enjoyed my stay.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Going back to your hometown as a "tourist" is always tricky. Tammie's place was perfect! We were just 2-3 blocks from the parade and all the amazing downtown restaurants! When we go home, this is where we will be staying for sure!

Communication was great, beautiful home for a small group. Next to a great bar, beach and waffle house, all walking distance. We had a great time!

Vickie’s home should be the gold standard for Airbnb. Not only is it beautifully designed and equipped with everything a home should have, but it also features the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Above all, Vickie’s dedication to cleanliness is unmatched—I only hope I left it up to her high standards. My daughter was beyond comfortable, and that means the world to me. Vickie, I truly wish you had a home in every city so we could always experience the comfort and care of staying in one of your homes. the HGTV of Airbnb ;-)

The AirBNB was great. I stayed with my girl friend and we had a perfect stay. Olivia always responded when I needed. The place was clean and very close to town. We walked to get a coffee every morning. Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola beach!

This place is of course cozy, gave us a homely feeling. Among all we liked the patio the most, but it was December, so couldn’t use it. The owner provided clear instructions and was very responsive.

Blair was a fantastic host! he responded to all my questions and kept me updated throughout our stay. his house was perfect for what my group needed and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to stay again!!

We stayed for a month and the place was just as promised. Pam was quick to respond when we had issues and questions. Pam went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed When the microwave acted up she had it replaced within 3 or 4 hours. Beds were comfortable and there were several spots to charge devices with USB ports built into some of the lamps and the night stands in the master bedroom. The recliner in the living room no longer reclines but it works fine as a chair. Internet worked well for streaming and for working remotely. TV service from DISH network with a DVR. Internet via Cox The house is located near a curve in a somewhat busy road so it can be tricky backing in or out of the driveway.

The home was beautiful and cozy. Everything was clean and not a lot of clutter. Deborah was very nice and responsive. All in all it was a great stay and would love to book again in the future.

We would stay again. Super well equipped kitchen. The back patio with plenty of chairs, gas grille, and solar lights was great to relax for morning coffee, and evening cocktails. Walkable to the beach and outdoor shower for rinsing off. Short drive to several good seafood restaurants. Quiet neighborhood street. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed how close we were to the shops on Palafox and the local parks. We walked to the bay several times before and after dinner! The house was the perfect size with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

The place was great! Right on the water and easy on and off the beach. Just as described.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

The unit was very comfortable and clean, and right on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were nice and the location was close to the beach. We loved the low key location, compared to some of the busier vacation cities. The condo had everything we needed including sunscreen, a cooler, beach chairs, and bug spray in the closet. We did need the bug spray in the evenings by the pool. The kids said the bunk beds were comfy and our bed was too. The washer and dryer were super convenient as well.

We had a great time. Enjoyed being on the sound side where the kids could play right in the bay while we grilled on the waterside grills for dinner. Easy access just down the street for the gulf side when we wanted to spend time over there too. The owners left turtle food too for the pond, our kids enjoyed feeding them as well. Nice quiet area for a few relaxing days.

The condo was beautiful. Donna communicating when asked a question. Lots of amenities were fantastic. Lots of restaurants and things to do. We had an amazing time. We're already planning another trip. Thank you Donna for everything.
