It had its pros and cons. On the plus side, the home was very easy to find and accessing it was a simple process. It was clean and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated. The host was friendly & responsive, the overall experience smooth. That said, I did have some concerns about the neighborhood. Initially, it didn’t seem very safe, few buildings in the area were abandoned and I noticed police cars frequently patrolling the area. On two separate occasions, a number of patrol cars blocked off the road. I’m unsure what occurred, but I encountered yellow tape and a blocked-off road about 90 ft from the house which added to my apprehension. Prior to this, I reached out to the host for clarity. She reassured me that the area was generally safe, which helped ease my worries a bit. In summary, while the home itself was nice and the host was accommodating, the surrounding area did give me pause. If you’re considering this AirBNB, I recommend being aware of the neighborhood dynamics.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

This place is fabulous! I was looking for a place for a long weekend retreat and was delighted to find this listing. The apartment is large, well appointed, and very clean. Below is a gorgeous spa/yoga center, where I treated myself to two treatments over the long weekend. All around are great restaurants and shops. I didn’t get in my car once after parking because I just wanted to soak up the serenity of this apartment, the spa below, and the historic street in Hudson. I envision returning with my husband, with friends, and alone for another personal retreat. Thank you for such a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Ann Marie’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Snacks and beverages were provided and the fridge was stocked completely. The location was perfect. It was extremely close to the main attractions. Ann Marie was so welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed, and even provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Graham’s place is an excellent choice when visiting Beacon. The location is perfect—walking distance to Main St and a couple doors down from the Beacon Daily which is a fantastic restaurant. The place was very clean and Graham is a quickly responsive and excellent host.

This was our second time staying here and things were as easy and perfect as the first! Very clean space which is big for me. Right near local restaurants and cafes. Their response time for anything was extremely quick. Overall the house served every purpose for me!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this peaceful, modern, and luxurious retreat. It feels like you are truly removed from everything yet you are minutes from town, activities, etc. I appreciated all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Would definitely return!

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

We had a wonderful monthly stay at Tina’s beautiful home. The home was just as advertised. Very well appointed with all one could need and in a perfect location for easy access to all. Tina is a great host who responds promptly and is easily available to answer any questions that one may have. Cannot recommend a stay at Tina’s home enough. Many Thanks for a great stay!

Carina’s place was perfect for a getaway from the city. It had everything we needed and was super close to shops and restaurants in Hudson. She was also very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very good spot for my kids and I to use as a home base for skiing at Windham - it was maybe a five minute drive. It had plenty of space to spread out - the second bedroom with three beds was nice and big. Good hot water in the showers on a cold day and extra blankets which were appreciated. We made some simple meals at home and the kitchen and the table were good for that. Sam was a good communicator. It is not fancy, but it’s bright, clean, well located, nicely furnished and well priced. The patio would be lovely during warm weather. We would stay again for skiing at Windham for sure!

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. It was such a nice place to be after spending our day outside in the mountains, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Denise!

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

This was the most gorgeous airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! So thoughtfully and tastefully put together, and in such a perfect location. The host sent some very great recommendations and was generally very responsive. This will be our new place in Hudson to rent!

Cullen was an exceptional host. The space was exactly as described, with plenty of supplies. Communication was stellar. The condo had plenty of extras like clean linens and blankets, there were even additional chargers set up and toiletries if we needed. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms very clean and updated. Parking right in front. We felt safe and comfortable. This AirBnB is 5 minutes to Windham mountain and minutes from Town. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this Host and property. If we ever go back, we will try to re-book with Cullen.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

Madeline & Carmelo's condo was the perfect getaway for our weekend trip. Our little snowboard family absolutely loved how clean, warm, and cozy the entire space felt. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with the bedrooms downstairs and the main living area upstairs. The wood-burning stove added a charming touch, and the humidifiers in every room made for an extra comfortable stay. We typically bring our own bedding and linens, but everything here was so fresh and cozy that we didn’t need to. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Thank you!
