I really wish I was able to stay at grants in the summer but none the less even in the winter the surrounding space and nature is just beautiful a must do if u are frequently doing airbnbs very private and peaceful the stargazing was amazing the house itself is enough for 4 people that we had and a ba y and a dog and if u need extra space the bunky is a great option Grant is very polite helpful and proactive a true 5 star experience even gave me a heads-up when there was gonna be a snowstorm while we were checking out just an amazing experience and hope to be back in the summer one day thanks again Grant for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place

everything was beyond expectations. fireplace was lit prior to arrival. kitchen had all the basics (salt,pepper, olive oil, coffee filters w/coffee maker & French press!, copper pots, ceramic pan, nice knives and cutting boards!)...I am already planning my next vacation days off to spend here

This place is truly exceptional! The host has clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, ensuring a unique experience for guests. From the hot tub to the fire pit, everything is well-designed and inviting. I highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful place! Easy to get to and still maintains the "remote" feeling. Not far from amenities yet secluded enough to feel like you are getting away. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Will definitely be booking with them again in the near future. Next time, the only thing I will change is a longer visit. You need lots of time to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. Thanks again for a great visit!

Came in October. The instructions on how to find the A frame cabin were clear. It was a bit tricky to find but thankfully Jen’s instructions led us straight there without getting lost. Check in was super easy as we arrived just as it was getting dark. We woke to a beautiful vista right on the water. Everything around the cabin was serene and quiet. No loud neighbor or kids in the vicinity. Very private with own beach and kayaking included. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. Bedding was supplied, mattresses were very firm but comfortable. Cabin itself was extremely spacious with huge windows and large back deck. Dining table inside and outside. Even a screened dining area close to the water in addition. Sandy area for a game of horseshoes, fire pit, new BBQ with utensils and plenty of parking. We had a wonderful peaceful experience and hoping to come back when the water is a bit warmer. Price was one of the best on the island for this season! Thank you Jen!

Our stay was made unforgettable by the property’s exceptional location and its fantastic outdoor patio amenities. Just a short walk from the patio led us to a breathtaking beach, where we were greeted by the sound of waves. The host had thoughtfully provided kayaks, boats, and life jackets, making it easy for us to explore the water. The outdoor space was perfectly equipped with everything needed for a barbecue and bonfire, which made for a memorable evening with family and friends as we gathered under the stars. Inside, the home was just as well-appointed. The kitchen came fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and serving, making meal preparation a breeze. The kids especially loved the charming playhouse and the abundance of toys, keeping them entertained throughout the stay. Perhaps the highlight of the entire experience was the living room’s large window, which framed an absolutely mesmerizing view of the beach. We felt as though we had discovered a home away from home.
