I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CoCo AirBnB. The location was clean, had all the amenities and was definitely worth the price. Coco was easy to communicate with. The only issue was initially it was quite hard to find but other than that, I will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

Great space right downtown in Chatham close to restaurants, the Capitol Theater, Turns and Tales and many thrift shops. The space was accurate to the photos and a great place to stay for a couple nights in Chatham. Downtown Chatham can get loud at night with car noise and people walking down the alley outside the bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

We enjoyed staying at the lavender house. Kevin and Bree were great hosts. They were responsive and friendly. The house was located near downtown Detroit and midtown. It was easy to get around to visit the city. I would recommend staying here!

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Very cute place, perfect for a group of friends or a family. The kitchen had just about every utensil you could ask for, and we enjoyed playing some of the games left out in the living room!

The house was modern with good appliances and very clean. A great place as a home base to work out of town. Eli was great to deal with. Would recommend highly!

5 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Air conditioning is quiet and works great. Check in and check out easy. Host was responsive throughout our trip. It is a little noisy due to upstairs guests.

We loved our stay we felt right at home. The host was great with communication and made sure we didn’t have any questions. The property was lovely and clean. We only found long pet hair around the house from a booker before us but besides that every thing was great. We dom recommend booking with this property it was worth every dollar.

Alejandro made the entire process go as smoothly as it could. He quickly accepted our reservation request and gave clear instructions on parking and access to the building. He followed up once or twice throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well but did not spam and allowed us to enjoy our time at this home. Overall, we would stay again!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.
