Excellent apartment for family of 4 with a great location for visiting Boston. Short walk to Local T station and Harvard. Would highly recommend.

Marcelo was a great host. She sent lots of instructions and follow up and welcome messages and checked in to make sure that everything was fine during our stay. The room was exactly as it looked in the photos. Very comfortable and clean. The room is in perfect proximity For visiting Tufts, with a cute Medford main street with restaurants within easy walking distance. This will definitely go on our list of great locations to stay when we’re visiting our tufts students.

Sergio is an amazing host and his place was a perfect retreat for my girlfriend and me. The kitchen is well-stocked and lit. The living room is warm and inviting. The area is peaceful and good for short walks. The entire experience was wonderful! We definitely plan to rent with Sergio again and look forward to our next weekend getaway.

Me and my mother stayed at Jennifer's place over Halloween while visiting family in the area. We had a wonderful stay, getting in was easy and the place was spotless and exactly as advertised. It was very warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there was a great binder of recommendations and other helpful details about the house and surrounding area. The picturesque neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk around and see the changing foliage. We walked past a group of bird-watchers that had set up in a nearby park in the hopes of catching a glimpse of a rare bird that had nested in a nearby tree. How fun! If you are bringing children, there is a nice playground at the end of the block that my eight year old niece gives her solid endorsement, and on Halloween there was a fun costume contest/show for the local kids in the park. A warm community all around. We look forward to staying again in a future visit.

An’s place & great service, ticked all of the right boxes. I just found the price a bit steep especially with CAD currency. But the market value dictates this. I would strongly recommend this place. Cheers.

Nice house good location

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. I always look forward to returning and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Jeff's home had a magnificent view of Plum Island and Plum Island Sound. It was relaxing to watch the changing colors of the water and the fog roll in. The deck and the room with all the windows had lots of comfortable seating. It was a short, easy drive to downtown Ipswich. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was a charming historical house in the wonderful seaside community of Marblehead. It isn't as modern as some places, but that's to be expected for this kind of house. And that's more than made up for by its charm, location, and the attentiveness of the host. Ran into two small issues which were immediately taken care of without any hesitation. Aside from the accommodations themselves, that area of Marblehead is really unique. It is hard to put into words, but the historical nature of the houses, the lay of the land, the proximity to the ocean, the wonderful restaurants, the people, and the shops all add up to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend both this specific home and the general area.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at nearby Atkinson Country Club. The home is spacious and luxurious and allowed our extended family to all be together for this special occasion. Hosts were always available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning . Highly recommend .😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this old home. It has been lovingly and thoughtfully updated maintaining its character with modern amenities. We had lovely weather and sat out for a bit on the porch overlooking the water. The location also has easy access to the rail trail and we were able to walk to town. We love Newburyport and would love to come back to this sweet home.

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnb’s around the country, and this is by far the cleanest, most pristine location that I’ve ever encountered with very reliable and friendly host!

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Good place for someone looking for an alternative of hotel in the Cambridge area. 10 mins to T line that brings me to the place I need to be.

Staying here was a wonderful experience for my family and I. Check in was super easy and Amanda was extremely helpful during our stay. The beds were nice and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again, it’s only a 2 min drive to the water and located fairly close to Salem and Boston!

Wonderful Boston style home, less than 5-8 minute drive to shops, restaurants, grocery stores (Wegmens & Wholefoods) and Tufts University. Cozy yet spacious apartment perfect for our family of 5. Fully equipped kitchen including spices, cooking oil, olive oil, various types of vinegar, etc....Very very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
