Kate's house in Gloucester is an ideal place to experience one of the best beaches on the North Shore. Kate's home accommodated the eight of us very comfortably; the proximity to the beach was second to none and Kate and Michelle's response to a couple of minor issues we had was expeditious and friendly. There aren't enough superlatives I could use to recommend Kate's place.

Randy's house was amazing. Right on the beach. Stunning views and everything we could need. Randy was a great host and very flexible. Would definitely go back!

We rent a house on PI every year and this house was perfect for us. We could walk to the basin with our SUP’s, easy walk to beach and stores and ice cream! We loved the double outdoor shower option for the kids after a long sandy day at the beach and they supplied all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs! The rooftop deck was our favorite part we watched the sunset every night. We would rent this house again if the dates line up!

This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. There can't be too many 17th century rentals (1686?) with amazing original fireplace and wood. We enjoyed exploring the house - 3 staircases, many fireplaces, surprising rooms and passageways. Very nicely decorated rooms. Large kitchen and pantry, comfortable seating in living area, on screen porch, outside on large lawn.

Rhona could not have been a more gracious host! We were traveling back east for the holidays and needed a place to stay. In addition to the many treats she left for us, she bought a little Christmas tree! The apartment is perfect with everything you could ever need or want. We could walk to stores and restaurants. If we had questions she was very responsive. Marblehead is a beautiful town. I highly recommend a visit to Rhona’s AirBnB!!

I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. The Dogtown Cabin in Rockport is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Julie was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always quick to respond, making communication a breeze and helping everything go smoothly during our trip. As animal lovers, we couldn’t have picked a better spot – playing with Darwin and Azore, visiting the horses and chickens, and birdwatching right on the grounds was beyond delightful! The cabin itself was so cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with all the essentials and a few extra touches like fun games, fantastic books, a Bluetooth speaker, and beautiful art and antiques that made the space extra special. I especially loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of tea, wandering the peaceful Dogtown woods, and stargazing at night. Plus, being so close to the charming town of Rockport was the perfect bonus! It was everything I could’ve hoped for and more.

Mary’s apartment was just what we were looking for in an Airbnb! Clean, comfortable, and a close walk to the T. Mary was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Absolutely recommend it to others visiting the Boston area 👍🏻

Melissa is a great host. I stayed for a procedure in my neck and couldn't drive and I live 30 miles away. My dog Conner stayed with me. comfortable bed, great yard and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but the house was very clean! Great location. Excellent stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

Beautiful and quaint New England house with great antique decor (we loved the framed french cafe menus). Mary and Dana were both super attentive and responsive; they clearly care about the home. They gave us great recommendations for things to see and do in Manchester and the surrounding areas (I recommend Singing Beach!!) I didn't think we'd use the elevator at all but it was handy for bringing our luggage up and down. The bed was super comfy. We loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon! We'd gladly stay here again if circumstances bring us back to Manchester-by-the-Sea.
