This was our second booking with Elizabeth, and we plan to return. We love her places; they are well furnished, charmingly decorated, comfy beds, and are conveniently located near the Parker River Wildlife Refuge. She is an excellent communicator and clearly works to ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including aperitifs. Highly recommend!

Jeff’s place was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay, the view was excellent. The house has everything you need. We would definitely recommend a great place by the beach, lots of walking areas in Ipswich.

This was the perfect house for my parents and myself. The house had everything you could think of. Barry was always available for questions about the area and offered suggestions on anything we asked for. This is the best house and host I’ve ever stayed at. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for anything we asked about. The house is in a safe area and we were able to walk around the neighborhood as well. The basement has an added bonus with the desk area so I was able to work from there with the strong internet service. The exercise equipment was also perfect for those days that it was just cold and windy for outdoor exercise. We stayed here for a major surgery for my mom and the house is only like a 8 mile drive to Lehey Hospital. The drive was easy and we never had any problems. I would suggest this house for anyone looking for a place to stay. You will not find a better house or host if you are looking for this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s home! It was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was well equipped with new pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It was very clean and the bedrooms especially smelled so fresh. It was conveniently located about 25 minutes from Boston, and just 3 minutes away from a reservoir with walking trails. Alyssa was always responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this home.

First, I want to say that we had a wonderful time at Graham’s—he was an excellent host. We did notice a couple of issues with the sinks not heating up, though the shower heated just fine. The space was perfect for us, and Graham was very accommodating. However, some members of our group were cigarette smokers, which was a downside since smoking is not allowed on the property. While it’s an easy walk to a designated smoking area, that can be challenging in the winter. I'm not a smoker, so it didn't bother me personally, but it did affect others. When we arrived, Graham kindly brought us extra blankets. Overall, I would recommend the stay—it’s conveniently located near everything, and the host is wonderful.

We loved our stay with Maria! The space was so cute and extra cozy, even though the week we visited was pretty chilly. Maria had extra blankets for us, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was a nice size. Can’t recommend this spot enough; Maria and her husband were very attentive and helpful with local suggestions and very warm and friendly. We felt so welcome, and are so grateful we found such a nice place to stay!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The location is very convenient to all things Marblehead while providing a quiet, lovely setting off the main track. Bob and Karen are wonderful hosts and are immediately responsive to any questions or needs one might have. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Melody’s place and each time we feel right at home. The space is always clean and comfortable. There is an aero bed setup for extra sleeping space and accommodates our family of four perfectly. She is very responsive throughout our stay, we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Beach front view, hot tub & a fire pit, hearing the waves crashing outside & seeing starry night sky was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. John & Carol were such an amazing host and so helpful to accommodate us if needed and there was open communication which made the experience even more comfortable. Their space felt so welcoming that we wished we had a longer weekend to be able to stay an extra day or 2. Highly recommend, honestly the view of the beach was amazing, local restaurants and marketplace within minutes away (no more than 8 min), everything we needed was all there. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay♡
