This is a wonderful house and the perfect location for a large gathering of family, friends, or colleagues. Victor was the perfect host: clear in his instructions, professional and friendly, and very responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived, and there were lots of useful and unfussy instructions for how to get the most out of the experience. The TWO hot tubs (one of which fit 12 people!) was a huge perk, as was the 5-minute walk to the water and to the adorable little town of Rockport. We felt both like we had privacy and that we were part of the neighborhood. Overall, this is a great place we will book again for our retreat. Thank you, Victor!

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Doug and Hope were fantastic hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with anything I may have needed. I especially appreciated the extra attention they put into welcoming us by giving a small welcome gift and note. You can tell they pay attention to the details. The property is beautiful as well! Loved our time there.

Traveling during the holidays is so hectic but the ease of check in and access to all the amenities at this house made things smooth AND the Christmas decorations made us feel at home while we celebrated with family. Unfortunately, we were too busy to get to use the hot tub, but would absolutely get in if we came again!

I really appreciate Flavia’s accomodation for a large group of guests. There was enough room and comfort for everyone. Easy clean up instructions despite cleaning anywhere we go. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Everything was as advertised so we didn’t really need to ask for much but Flavia was openly communicative. Would book again in future and suggest the stay for larger groups!

We had a wonderful time staying in the studio at the winery. The space was big, yet cozy, especially with the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and we loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast both days. It being pet friendly was also a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the wine tasting and even purchased a bottle of the sauv blanc to bring home. The town center is charming and its proximity to downtown Andover was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.
