We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. We had a wonderful stay! The airbnb is right next to Tuscan village with many shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious, clean, very well equipped, and comfortable. We had a few questions during our stay and they were answered within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

This home was readily equipped with everything we needed for a large group gathering. Plenty of bed space and all the essentials in the kitchens and bathrooms. The linens were clean and there were enough for all of us. Very easy and convenient to access. The driveway is a bit steep and took a few attempts to get the right angle but a higher vehicle would have no problems

My family and I stayed at Adam’s house for a wedding we had over a weekend and we felt right at home! Adam had given very thorough instructions upon entering his home and had clearly laid out what to expect during our stay. His home was beautiful with great decor and was spotless! He also gave us great recommendations on food/activities that are around the area, and since we were visiting Medford for the first time this was super helpful! We also brought our two family dogs who felt right at home as well; they especially enjoyed the backyard! Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you again, Adam!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Great space. Loved that it was dog friendly. My older lab appreciated the amount of space! Kids enjoyed themselves and the neighborhood was quiet and the few people we ran into were very friendly.

Cleu was extremely responsive to us and reached out during the stay to make sure all was okay. We were in the area for work and the home was perfect for our needs, well kept and comfortable.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

Host was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Location is excellent for a family with children. Everything you need is close by and the train stop was literally down stairs. Excellent experience all around.

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Such a perfect place. Super soft towels, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen w everything we needed. Gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay and even tips to avoid the traffic coming into town. Would recommend!!

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

This little apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. Although the fold out bed was just ok for my old back. We liked the tech upgrades and well appointed kitchen. Stephanie was very responsive to any questions and got back to me quickly. Liked the greenway path right nearby and all the art on the tunnel.
