I would stay here again! It was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We planned to visit Salem, and it was a close drive. There was also plenty to do nearby the airbnb. Charlene is wonderful and came out to greet us when we arrived. Thanks for having us!

Our family of seven made this place a home-base for our first visit to Boston. It provided the space we needed to celebrate the holidays and explore the city together. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and its proximity to both the suburbs and downtown (via rental car and public transit). The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay, including during a little hiccup concerning the appliances. This lovely listing will remain full of special memories for us.

Melissa is a great host. I stayed for a procedure in my neck and couldn't drive and I live 30 miles away. My dog Conner stayed with me. comfortable bed, great yard and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but the house was very clean! Great location. Excellent stay.

I stayed at Heather & Scott's house with my son for a week and we had a great time there. As we do not have a car, the house is in a great location where the grocery store (Whole Food Market) was around 10 minutes walk. There are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The launderette is across the road from the Whole Food Market, so we can drop off our laundry and go grocery shopping while we wait for the laundry. The Spy Pond Park is just behind the house and it was great to go for a walk and see the sunset there. The house is as you see in the photos provided. The kitchen is very well equipped where we cooked our meals most of the time. There is a work desk provided in the kitchen area with a monitor, which is very convenient for me to work when my son was practicing violin and preparing for his music college auditions. As we checked in late on our first day, Heather and Scott looked after us very well by leaving the heating on to warm the house for us.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Maryanne’s. It’s the perfect space for a couple or single person. The house is about a half an hour walk to the downtown Bear Skin Neck area or to the commuter rail which was very convenient for us. Maryanne had everything we needed and was very welcoming! Had fresh baked bread waiting for us when we arrived which was a very nice surprise! We were visiting Massachusetts to explore Salem around Halloween time and Boston. We ended up really enjoying Rockport and it’s the perfect distance from surrounding cities.

Excellent location! Quick ride into town. Easy to get to and absolutely beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. The beds were super comfortable, we only stayed for one night but would definitely rent again!!

Cosy and charming! Wonderful and responsive hosts. Close enough to walk to nearly everything in town but, also quiet and removed so one can have a simple night in. Amazing place. The little door is the what sold it!

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

Christopher and Mackenzie were amazing hosts. Very attentive and helpful Their place is located at walking distance to all the areas we wanted to visit. This was more than perfect !

We were so comfortable here! Everything was as pictured and described and just so well thought out. I think I slept better here in the very comfy bed than at home. We were in town for a family emergency instead of a vacation, so it was great to have a cozy place with everything we needed to hang out during down times. That said, the location is good in terms of walkability, and we truly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in a town where parking can be challenging. The deck would be wonderful in warmer weather, too. We felt lucky that Logan's place was available for us during a less than happy time, and it would be fun to stay here again under better circumstances to fully enjoy the visit.

James and Pierre were great hosts. Besides their hospitality, the views were stunning, everything in the suite was clean and modern. Overall it was a great time, and we look forward to returning for the warmer weather! Highly recommended location.

Dominique is a great host, and stands out from others in the Gloucester area with her kindness and openness. She welcomed us even though we arrived later than the check in time, guided us to the unit, and made sure that we felt right at home. Her friendliness to our family and our pet is something we really value and appreciate. If you need a cozy riverside apartment within 10 minutes of the lovely cafes and shops of Downtown Gloucester or 15 minutes from picturesque Bearskin Neck in Rockport, this should be at the top of your list!

We had a wonderful stay in Arlington. The location was perfect. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, go shopping, or hop on the bus to head out on a Boston adventure. The place is cozy, clean, and perfect for 2 people. Thanks for a great stay!

Pinhas's guest suite in Arlington is an amazing comfortable stay! In addition to the super comfortable rooms and tidiness of the entire suite, this guest suite has lots of amenities and so many thoughtful touches - from the guidance labels on the light switches to having the instruction manuals for the appliances handy in a binder to the comfy bedding and bath towels. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful, and we slept very soundly. Throughout our long-weekend stay, Pinhas was responsive and sent clear instructions for check-in and where to park, which we greatly appreciated knowing ahead of time because we were going to a big birthday dinner after checking in. We loved our stay!

Always lovely to stay at Paul's place! It has become a favorite of ours in Marblehead.

This studio was beautiful and peaceful while the host was extremely responsive to our needs. We booked quickly so overlooked a few details that we weren't 100% psyched about but that was our fault for not reviewing thoroughly: things like frosted windows in the room where we slept but with no curtains and no full-length mirror in the space. Probably not a big deal for some, but we were a bit uncomfortable with that aspect. Also, this Airbnb is connected to a main unit where it seemed people were either living or staying, so we were hesitant to make much noise. Again, this might be a bonus for anyone searching for peace and quiet. This place is absolutely silent at night. The decor was really cute, the surrounding scenery was stunning, and the host was very accommodating and communicative, so I'm rating a solid 5/5 since the negatives were our own preferences and nothing to do with what was advertised. We dug the experience - thank you!

I have stayed at Oscar and Gina's several times and keep going back because it is clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Oscar and Gina are very good hosts. They respond to questions right away and always solicit suggestions for how they can do better. There is a code system to get into the unit, which makes using keys unnecessary.

This was a great location for our trip. We loved the quiet area and Ian was very helpful when we needed assistance

Very beautiful, clean and comfy apartment. Our family had a great time, i found the fireplace was a nice relaxing touch.

Stay a full month in this January winter time, but it’s warm to stay in cozy old fashioned house and fully modern kitchen that you can stay in comfortable! And thanks Susan&Jeff, really enjoyed their hospitality and easygoing!!
