Everything was great about this apartment. Very well-kept, thoughtful touches, and even more spacious than the photos convey. The view was incredible and it was great to have the park right across the street. Craig and Julia were friendly and super quick to respond. We definitely plan to return!

Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Stayed overnight on a visit to family in February. Fantastic place for the two of us and our dogs. Excellent walking area even in winter with snow. Thank you!

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

What an amazing experience! Water views from every window. Beautiful Homey touches like lots of pillows and plants. Updated kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub was so relaxing! I walked to several beaches and all over town. An incredible winter getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

The stay was a lovely combination between relaxing and adventurous. My son thoroughly enjoyed a successful hunt for sea glass, while my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the view in between adventures. Totally zen.

This place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for us. It was a spacious house with a desk we could work. It was lovely to look out to splendid harbor view! The host, Stephanie, was communicating with me to make sure we settled in well. She was accommodating us when she could. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

This place was amazing. We stayed here the night before our wedding and the night after and Justin and Alyssa were amazing with giving us an early check-in and helping us along the way. The inside was amazingly clean had everything we needed will surely rent again.

Look no further for a central spot to enjoy everything Gloucester has to offer! Cozy home with the quintessential fishing port views. Short walk to shops, restaurants and many historical sites to enjoy. This home is perfect for families to gather and feel comfortable, safe and comfortable. Excellent value for location, amenities, walkable, and quiet!!! Beautiful home. Our family had our best Christmas Holiday ever. Kathy is an exceptional host.

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Perfect for a relaxing stay—can’t wait to come back!

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

My parents and I stayed in Jon & Raquel's lovely "Chillavista" for three days, while visiting Gloucester and Manchester-by-the-Sea. The location was convenient and they even provided a guidebook with recommendations of eateries & activities! The house itself was pristine and SO clean. My Mom remarked that she felt "right at home" here. My Dad and I loved the Ms. Pac-Man game in the kitchen area (be careful, it's addictive!) The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, and the living room was a great place to unwind after a long day of walking & sightseeing. Raquel was also super prompt in replying when I had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and love that it felt so much more personal and cozy than a hotel. Highly recommend!

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

This place is right in the heart of Rockport! We loved the location and makes it so easy to walk the center of Rockport at any given time of day. The view from the living room window is gorgeous and you can see the tide rising which was something my parents truly enjoyed. The space was clean and had everything we needed.
