Really clean and spacious property. Could have done with a couple of more saucepans and more cutlery. Enjoyed our stay - Matt extremely helpful and responsive.

Great accommodation for 3 of my colleagues to stay in for the week whilst working close by. Andy was a great host and fast at communicating if we had any questions. We booked for a second week straight after as we could guarantee a great stay. Thank you :)

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

This was our 3rd stay at the location because we absolutely love it. Its just a short walk to an amazing beach and is perfect for our little family. 4th stay booked already :)

Great place, great area.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

This was my second visit to the house and it did not disappoint. It’s a lovely cottage in an ideal location for me when I visit my Dad who lives in the village x

Excellent stay, place is exactly as described. Comfortable stay, no frills accommodation. Bring your own toiletries and milk / coffee, etc.

Great host, the house is exactly as in the photo, everything is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. I will definitely come back!

Bella and her team were great and really helpful! They came to change the key lock box number and kindly turned the heating up a little bit for us ! There were some nice treats left for us too which was very welcome! The apartment was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable! Will definitely be booking again when we next come to Chelmsford

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all of the things we needed, it was even nicer and bigger than in the pics. Shelby was an amazing host and always helped with any queries we had. The area was nice & the owners of the cafè downstairs were always very helpful too. I will 100% be back to stay here. The flat itself is a good size, clean and bright. It does get very warm at night, so we found it best to have windows open during the day, and then at night there is use of a fan in the bedroom if it's still too warm (point it diagonally towards the ceiling and it circulates great!). The bed is comfortable, and the living area isn't cluttered. There is a balcony that is a nice touch. The location is very handy, with Canning Town station within 10 minutes walk. To find the flat when walking from the station main entrance, turn right, then walk down the main road staying on the right hand side. You'll reach the flyover - stay to the right of that. The satnav or google map will send you to the left of the flyover - ignore it! The flat is in the building to the right of the children's play area/the left of the craft shop. Thank you for letting us stay!

Very nice, very convenient and very close to the city centre flat. It was very clean, tidy and we could always find it warm during our whole stay. The parking permit that is provided is a huge plus since Ipswich is a town in which finding a parking slot is not that easy. The host is very friendly and can be contacted at any time, providing useful information for the town as well as for any activities that would interest a visitor of Ipswich. I strongly recommend to try this flat, next time I will need a flat in Ipswich I will definitely go for this one again.

We were really happy to come back again after visiting in 2023 the views are amazing the flat is so clean and close to the towns restaurants and shops . Had a nice relaxing stay and can’t wait to come back at Easter or in the summer. Thanks mick and Terry

What a wonderful place, very clean and tidy and nice and quiet. it’s in a great location with great sea views from the balcony, the host are friendly and helpful with information and things and places to do and go in the local area. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Sam’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – cozy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely hot tub! The location was perfect too – making it easy to explore the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting the ExCel centre or Canary Wharf. Good transport for further afield in London as well. Really easy to check in, Leon and Claudia were really helpful with everything we needed and accommodating our requests. Check in and check out was a breeze!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.
