Matthew and his team were phenomenal. The house was also great and matches the description. Our stay was private and peaceful. A beautiful quiet location but still only a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco. For the price I don’t believe there is a better choice. Plenty of towels, hot water and the air conditioning worked well. Some of us needed to access emails etc. the wifi worked well and the speeds were fine as well. The living room and master bedroom have tv’s. The pool vibes were awesome while drinking a cold beer looking at the surrounding mountain ranges. They made the transportation very easy for us to and from the airport. We also had a rental car waiting for us when we arrived to the house for a reasonable price. Go book this place you wont regret it. Pura Vida!

Liana's rental was beautiful in a lovely gated community, noise carries a little but nothing extreme. The house was beautiful, lots of recommendations available. Liana was very responsive, exceptionally kind, patient. We were so grateful to stay here. The beach is about 2 blocks away, great for morning walks. The pool area is perfect. Comfortable. Anyone would be fortunate to stay here

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Andrea’s place at Jaco was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there and the house itself is beautifully decorated and had everything needed. The front yard with the swimming pool was amazing! Andrea is a responsive host and promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the Jaco beach area.

Kenneth's Place was awesome. Best of all my little boy was hoping to see a soccer field in Costa Rica and when we opened the back door there was one just for us to use together and nobody around. The whole field to ourselves. Things not listed but what we were so grateful to use. There is an very good fitness gym right beside the pools. The pictures of the pools do not show how beautiful they actually are. Super clean water and lots of pools to choose from. Great playground for little kids, Lots of outdoor BBq areas that are like new condition and beautiful picnic tables covered and outdoors. Like a dream private club estate. Felt super safe and no bars on people windows and doors. Felt like I was in Canada in my tiny town. People very nice and peaceful. I really think the pictures don't show how nice there area is all around. We also used the private pool in our private yard. Was nice to dip in at night quietly and fresh and cool feeling. Wonderful Location for a holiday

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable- restaurants and shops are within 3-10 minute walk (depending how far you go of course). It is spacious & comfortable w/ beautiful views. The parking lot and pool are gated which gives a better feeling of security. The amenities listed were great for our needs. There are pool towels as well as bath towels. My only notes are that the south building’s view is blocked by north one (as in the north one is closer to the beach; they are not even distances from it); the shower off the queen bedroom has poor engineering & sprays out into the floor if you don’t shower right up against the wall bc there isn’t a full door; the living room TV didn’t work well but hopefully that will be fixed after our stay. But all over very happy with our stay here! Would stay again!

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue increíble. El lugar es súper cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, perfecto para una estancia relajante. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. This is a wonderful place to stay in Playa Hermosa! The home itself is beautiful and has everything you need. The access to the beach club and the delicious restaurant were a plus! The beach access is a quick one minute walk. The beach was lovely - not crowded and with soft sand.

Brian’s place was perfect for our surf vacation to jaco and hermosa. There is so much to do on the property and very close to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My family had the best stay at casa tucana! The space was perfect for our family, and close to our cousins wedding location. Chloe was incredibly kind and accommodating and her home was clean, so comfortable, and truly relaxing and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Amene and Jacqueline were unbelievably awesome during our stay. Jacqueline was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning our coffee maker quit she arranged to have a new one at our door within an hour. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. We stayed for a month and were pleasantly surprised that a weekly cleaning was included, the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The house was very comfortable and we thoughouly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Punta Leona resort for 3 days of our stay, at a very reasonable costs thanks to Amene for arranging this for us. Thanks Amene and Jacqueline for making or Costa Rica vacation a huge success.

Felt extremely safe. Quiet area but only minutes from the hustle and bustle… what an amazing space, better than pictures, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Casa Cariad! Bien située à proximité de Parrita, accessible avec un 4x4. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Pacific central. Logement très propre, arrivée flexible avec la boite à clé et nous avons pu bien communiquer avec les hôtes, et leur amie présente à proximité du logement. Très beau logement, des oiseaux visibles depuis la terrasse, hamacs, climatisation. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%!

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam
